Crow Hill Veterinary Hospital is the most caring, professional, affordable veterinary hospital I think in the state. We’ve had to move and now live in Greeley and the veterinary services here are all about how much money they can make from you. I will drive from Greeley to Bailey for Crow Hill’s quality and affordable caring services.

Had to take my chicken there yesterday and all of the staff are so amazing!!! I appreciate all their hard work and knowledge!!! Such a blessing they are so close.

My cat had to be seen immediately with an emergency and Crow Hill immediately took action and helped. They did a great job getting him back to normal within just hours. I also was unable to afford the full payment and they worked with me and even lowered the amount. Thank you so much for helping us today, 5 stars out of 5 forsure.

We’ve gone to Dr Shelia since before she opened CrowHill. We now live three hours from Bailey and she’s still our veterinarian. Her knowledge, expertise and compassion is exceptional!
Yesterday, July 8th (and sign of eternity) we had to make the very heartbreaking decision to put to rest our beautiful boy, Sully Monster who was 10 and recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Dani, Haley and Dr. Kaitlyn were unbelievable! We spent close to 4 hours at CrowHill saying our “see you soon” to our big boy, they made the experience so special and showed us so much love. They’re true angels and we could never thank you enough for the care you provided.

We are visiting from out of state, and my dog got an ear infection. I called and they got me in the same day. Every person working there was so sweet and welcoming. I was able to voice my concerns about my dog and actually feel heard!! I wish I lived closer so I could make it my primary vet!!!

This clinic has gone down hill. Been coming here for years, thousand of dollars spent, yet our most recent experience with the staff was nothing but short-tempered and uncompassionate. We were simply looking for a medication refill our dog has been on for years, but were instead treated with lies, disrespect, and hostility. All for a heartworm medication that has been around for 60 years. All for a simple refill that, instead, the staff wanted to charge us another $35 to call in. (With one phone call to another vet, they offered to do it free of charge - and we're not even their patients). We had experienced first-hand (and now have recording) of the front desk receptionist's lying and unprofessionalism. I called for our records to be emailed, having had no communication prior to her, and after just telling her my last name - she jumped to offering to close our account, I declined, but she said she would be anyway. I'd chalk this up to someone just having a bad day, but I've had nothing but attitude and snide remarks from this front desk worker in the past. After having just paid hundreds of dollars for our dogs annual care, we will have no choice but to now dispute the credit card charges - now with the proof of the receptionist closing our account after I told her there's no need to do so. We asked to speak to the Owner, but the staff was not willing to connect us or give us even a name/phone number. Hoping to hear back from the Owner to advise/resolve our issues directly, prior to filing a formal complaint with both the BBB and the Colorado SVBM, and disputing the credit card charges of our last visit due to your staff closing our account without our consent (I have the video of this conversation to provide). This used to be a great place of care. It's unfortunate to see what some bad staff can turn it into, as I'll be sharing this experience, and recording, with the Conifer/Pine/Bailey community and local news outlets if it further goes unresolved.

We are very happy with the care at Crow Hill! The staff is friendly. They showed me incredible compassion when it was time to send my old kitty to the stars. I’m bringing all of my fur babies here now. Lulu really enjoyed her first vet appointment. I’m happy with the prices and they even offer cat grooming. I love that they get you roomed right away. Absolutely wonderful experience. Got our pup in right away after an injury. Very friendly, great communication, didn’t push unnecessary procedures. Visit, meds, ear flush all in less than an hour under $150. Thank you so much for making Brody feel comfortable.
