Wont be back to this store. Came in for new hiking boots. Stared at the shelves for about 15 minutes with zero help from the guy on his phone behind the counter. Decided id jist get on my phone and research YOUR prodructs myself. After 15 minutes on my phone (still no offer for help) I decided on two to try on. Ask for help and he brings me 2 boxes (asked for 2 sizes in 2 boots...) and goes straight back to his phone. I bought the boots for 200 because I needed them, but I will not be shopping here again. This is the reason brick and morter stores are going under. The store was empty and customers still receive no help ehich is ridiculous when you are shopping for expensive recreation items.

I am a long time North Face fan and love their products. This store at the base of Beaver Creek has a wonderful selection of clothing, footwear and accessories. We are getting to the end of the season so there are some 20% and 30% off sales.

This is the best, friendliest, and most helpful North Face store I've ever been in. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY style and helped us navigate what was needed for ski wear and casual wear. Honestly, if she isn't a manager, she needs to be. Her expertise and willingness to help was unlike any other store in Beaver Creek or Vail. The store was stocked full of great sales and styles. WE WILL BE BACK!! We like this store wayyyy more than the one we have in Houston!
