I would give them 5 starts, but the reason I decided to give 4 is because when you get there for the first time interested in buying something, people are very helpful, they make you feel really good but once you get a product and go back for warranty, they look at you differently. The customer service is just different now that you're not buying anything. It's a shame, they seel a really good variety of products, brands, good prices, it's a good store overall, but that experience in which I had to cole back for warranty leaves so much to wish for.

We have been coming here for years and the service is unbelievable. By far the best place to rent skis with a very knowledgeable staff. We also love to pick up ski gear here as the selection is amazing. Shout out to Eric for the personalized attention renting skis, boots, and poles.

Bought some hiking boots, and the sales guy was great. However, came back to get my board waxed and sharpened and I've never had such a bad experience. They ruined the board, shaved the wax off and didn't rewax it. Worse yet, they grinded the edge completely wrong. My libtech board was completely unrideable for an entire day. Ruined a day pass, a parking payment and a whole day of my trip. Took the board to Buzzs boards in Vail, and they fixed it better than new.
Do not service your boards here , ever, never.

Was blown away by the amazing customer service. From the time I walked in we were treated like VIP customers. Gary was awesome and so knowledgeable and super friendly. I had issues with my boots after skiing and brought them back in and Nick and Gray took amazing care of me and definitely went the extra mile! Would 100% recommend renting skis here!!! Incredible experience!!! Thanks guys!!!

Had a part in my binding break on the flight here. Binding is an unusual one, and the other shops couldn’t help. Took it to Nick, and he determinedly figured it out Saved my trip! Did it all with a smile. Great guy to talk to too.

Love this store! Was looking for a snowboard, and Nick was super helpful, explaining all the options. Despite not having my size, the experience was impressive—no pressure, just genuine guidance and education on finding the perfect fit. I’ve been to almost all the sporting goods stores in the vail/bc area and this is by far my favorite.
