I would recommend Mountain Communications for any Apple computer repair! I had two computers crash and Matt was more than helpful and through out the entire process and the customer service was amazing.

Wish the radio guys would return phone calls and emails. They are busy. I had to go to the internet/Amazon for our radios and repeaters. Local electrician installed. Everything working in about a week.

Have been going to Mountain Communications for years and have had the best service. They have repeatedly demonstrated that they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly time and time again. Highly recommend working with them for all cellular needs.

Signed up on the Apple website for a battery replacement and it wasn't until I arrived for my appointment that they informed me they do not honor the battery replacement offer that Apple does... ok... I understand they are not Apple so how much more could it really be? The answer... 3x the amount. I do not recommend this place.

Very poor customer service. Girl working named "Susan" had an attitude and seemed annoyed to have a customer walk in. Definitely won't be returning to this small unfriendly store.

Great experience, I highly recommend! I took in my MacBook Pro - lots of issues. Matt was very honest with what was going on with my computer and gave me several options on how he could handle my situation. He's very knowledgeable with Apple products, he's an Apple Certified Tech who was recommended to me by Apple. He's fast, professional, personable & charges fairly! I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else for tech issues in the future!
