Today, Tyler and Mike went above and beyond to help me solve a Verizon connectivity issue which they had never seen before. Even involving their Business Phone associate in the quest for a solution. My issue is fixed thanks to their tenacity and patience. Thank you Tyler and Mike.

Mike S helped me get switched to the Verizon MyPlan. Really impressed with his persistence, considering very little support and confusion from the help desk representatives.Cannot say Thank You enough.Great job Mike.

Never have I been in a store that has been so simultaneously unproductive and unhelpful. It took us more than an hour to get help, not only because the staff inside was seemingly unable to operate the sales system Verizon uses, but also actively googling how to help other customer complaints WHILE trying to help us. Multiple times whenever someone new would walk in, the same bland, unenthused, unhelpful attitude would be given to them the same as us. Our service was interrupted every time someone else walked in the store and Tyler would completely neglect our issue and be EQUALLY as unhelpful with the new person. Do not go here unless you want to spend wayyyyy too long with someone that will piss you off and press your buttons in every way imaginable.

Tyler went above and beyond to help my senior parent with cell phone issues. Not only did he resolve the issue, supply the proper equipment to prevent future problems, he also helped us with a task we had been dreading. He placed a couple calls to me over the course of the interaction and made everyone's day better. He is an asset to the company and the valley as well. Thanks Tyler!

Store was dirty, not well maintained. The inside could use some taking care of. Display cabinets are falling apart. Verizon should be embarrassed at the state of this store.Staff was incredibly unhelpful and even rude at times. The net sum of competency amounted to less than a mature adult goldfish.

While attending my son's wedding near Vail, I discovered that my old Samsung Note 8 was "splitting apart" due to an expanding battery. Tyler at the Avon store did a tremendous job of diagnosing the problem and patiently working to restore all of my data to an upgraded Note 23. He was able to do this while also helping other customers during lulls when supporting me. He did a really great job.

I came in for help to set up my new phone and the guy looked at me like I was a leper. It was clear from the start he had no desire to even hear out my problem. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to help people dude. He also looked like he just came off a 48 hour bender. To all - drive the extra 2 minutes to the Avon store by Pazzo's. They are smart and helpful and clean.

I visited this location because I couldn’t get the cellular on my Apple Watch to turn on. When I walked in the guy who was there seemed a little off, I explained my situation and he proceeded to tell me he’s an android user, which seemed irrelevant. As I started talking to him I noticed he smelled like alcohol, decided to give him the benefit of a doubt. I asked him to please check my account just to make sure the call forwarding was working, he didn’t seem to understand my request. We called the 800 number and he could barely explain the situation without slurring his words, that’s when I caught his name, Tyler. As I was sitting across from him at his desk is when I really noticed how intoxicated he was, he was getting information mixed up, shaking while holding my phone, not to mention the smell. The whole situation just made me really uncomfortable, I decided to say thank you and leave.

Maybe it was an off day, but I was barely acknowledged when I walked into the empty store. The guy was hiding behind a desk, the girl was knitting behind another desk. The guy barely looked at me as I explained the problem I was having with my account and offered no suggestions. The knitting girl chimed in with what she thought I needed to do. So I moved to her desk and tried to explain, she continued knitting and told me to call Verizon. I was IN Verizon!!!! She did tell me what she thought the problem was, which was correct so I gave a star for that. The customer service was appalling.

Jordan is amazing. I needed all my data transferred to a new phone which I received under warranty. The screen on my old phone was damaged and it was very difficult to read any of the info. on it. Jordan painstakingly deciphered what was needed on my old phone in order to transfer to my new one. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting my phone up and running. Thanks Jordan

Upgrading to the latest IPhone was a breeze. Upon entering I was welcomed with smiles from Toshua and Jordan.“Get in here, you mountain man you.”Before I knew it Jordan set me up quickly w the ergonomic lumbar supporting chair.“Do these come with a trade in?” I thought aloud. My house could use some sleek seats.Before I knew it I was being shown the ways of the cellular world.Jordan was playing phone jujitsu with all the respective parties involved.“Please hold for the next available agent. You’re place holder number two.” The robots beeped.“I like today.” Jordan beamed. “Legend has it that our boss once had 97 callers in front of him.”Long story short. Your team at this store was excellent. Jordan and Tosh were diligent and patient with me. Jordan answered any (no matter how silly) phone related question with poise, and before long I was out of there w my new gadget.Thanks Tosh and Jordan.-That Dime a Dozen Mountain Man
