Worse customer service ever by Lidia, rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, mean.Office hours is what they want, there was a close sign from 1:30 to 2:30, went there 1:10 was already close, Lidia has the worse customer service ever, i’ve never been treated that way. Really disappointed.

Off in my life Marc, the owner double charged me for over a year for the same address. 2 accounts double billing! And told me he’d help resolve it which meant never to return my call. Absolute thieves

This review is purely for the Avon Xfinity service center. My bill more than doubled after 2 years with Xfinity, so I tried to call them to see what can be done. After spending over an hour trying to talk to a live Xfinity agent on the phone, I gave up and just went to this service center. Selena was pleasant to talk to, gave me pretty much the same rate for the next 2 years. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor, skip the phone game and just go to the store to talk to someone.

I went to acquire the service at the Avon office. I was attended by Tellez Soto, Mirella. I paid and did everything necessary. I acquired the 200mb service, supposedly sufficient for what I needed. The service is not working properly. I measured the connection several times. Some show below 100mb and sometimes it reaches 130. Which is quite unsatisfactory. I asked for an upgrade several times. Because Mirella told me, "Anything you write to the email, and I'll do it for you"... I'm still waiting. That was more than 10 days ago.Three days ago, I asked for help because now my phone is supposedly on pause regarding the connection. That is, every time I try to connect, it asks me to log in, and when I click, it tells me I'm on pause. I go to the Xfinity app, and my paused device doesn't appear... I asked for help several times. No response. I have internet at home. I can't connect. I'm using my cellular data.I'm writing here to see if someone deigns to call me and solve my problem because when I try to dial by phone, obviously a machine answers.

If you pay for “up to” internet, know that you will absolutely not hit the top number. I pay for “up to” 1200mbs a month and am waiting for a game to download at 80mbs. It will take hours. It’s the only device connected to the internet, it’s also a wired connection with a 6cat cable on an Xbox series x. Pay for the cheapest. You will never get the “up to” price. This is a scam ?

Received best customer service from Selena. She was professional and thorough and secured me a great deal for internet that I was able to lock in for 2 years. Highly recommend going there and working with her. Best experience with Xfinity I have ever had!
