I received my bike in the timeframe. They said I would however they said I would get a call 30 minutes in advance. I did not the delivery guys were very courteous and did not complain when they had to take the bike upstairs today I went to go for a ride and I am missing the seat assembly pin that will lock the seat into place, so I cannot ride my new bike

Ordered a 77-inch TV from Amazon. RXO was the company that Amazon contracted for delivery. Live in Aurora CO. Date of delivery 19MAR2024.I was unfortunate and selected a delivery window that coincided with a rough winter storm. The whole metro shut down for two days as a result. RXO had a rep call me the day before the scheduled delivery and explain the reason for the delay, which is way better than getting a random email. The rescheduling is absolutely acceptable (I got to stay home for two snow days...).On my rescheduled delivery day it was delivered within the first hourish of the 3 hour window. I was called by one of the men delivering, given a show-up time of 40 Mims from then.On The Dot. Wish I would have timed it! I bet they arrived early and waited down the block, just to arrive when they said they would. They put it exactly where I needed it and the two guys were super courteous.

Guys delivering did a fantastic job with three very large boxes - our community is a little hard to find and tricky to navigate with narrow streets (we run into trouble getting a pizza delivered, let alone furniture delivery with a large truck). I was prepping for having to do a lot of management of parking/directing when they arrived but they showed up right at my doorstep with all boxes in tow - super professional! Great experience.

DO NOT order in-house delivery from any company that uses RXO to deliver, unless you plan to stay in your house for three days, waiting. Their scheduling and customer service is off-shore and those agents have zero idea what is happening stateside. RXO have contracted with a local Colorado company, allowing them to have a three-day delivery window. That company (don't try to reach them as there is no name or phone number) has cart Blanche to change delivery times on a whim. If you are promised you will get a delivery on a Monday AND you are given an e-mail confirmation that you make plans around, expect that it may be Wednesday and that they won't let you know they've changed it until the night before (which often is a weekend night and they are closed). When you do finally reach someone, they tell you "too bad, that is the contract we have with RXO" and then hang up on you. We have learned our lesson - we will ask who the delivering company is before ordering anything requiring in-house delivery. FYI - a lot of big companies contract with RXO.

The two gentlemen that replaced my old washer and dryer did a top notch job! They texted they would arrive in 30 minutes and then did! Everything went perfectly and they were very nice as well. Gold Star!

The actual delivery went great they were even going to bring it in even though I didn't pay for that service.However, scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. I am lucky to have a somewhat flexible job. I scheduled my delivery for a Monday and took that day off. I then got a message saying it was rescheduled for Wednesday, so I switched my day off. I then got a message saying it was out for delivery on the original day (Monday), so I called my supervisor, who let me take the original day off. Well, they never showed up, and I called and they told me it was, in fact, rescheduled for Wednesday. Then Tuesday I get a call asking if I can accept my delivery. I work an hour and a half away from my house, but asked if they could wait that long I'd be there. Luckily I was able to leave work and rush home.I would never trust this company to reliably deliver on a set schedule.
