Ordered online for pick up. Showed up to pick up my pre-ordered gear, no pick-up window. Made to sit and wait on a salesman in an area full of screaming kids running around loose. I do not need a salesman. That is why I ordered ahead for a simple pick-up. Sadly, zero stars are not an option.

Never have I felt so disrespected by any company or staff members. Internet went down and caused us to lose a day of work. Talked with customer service most of the morning had to exchange modems in this store. No problem should be an easy swap I thought (boy I was wrong). Arrive to find Im not even listed on the account after dealing with this issue all morning and also having to put my name on the account several times before through previous calls. They turned me away to go pick up the account holder (My Mother). They were very apologetic to me in the intial visit but after speaking with the account holder and her explaining what happened in no way were they at all empathetic to her despite that she had to take time from work unpaid to fix this issue(I'm lucky I had pto). We were forced to wait because apparently there was an "outstanding order" for this new modem and by the time I reached the service worker,(who refused to give their name when wanting to file a complaint) I will admit I was annoyed and frustrated and I had an attitude but I wanted my problem fixed. This worker disrespectfully turns away from me turns to my Mother "Ma'am you need to control him(me) or we will kick you out." Why? Because I was frustrated how we have been treated? So now after I walk away to call customer service to complain about this, he then claims to my Mother "I have a disability I can't deal with this. I want to help you but I need to get my manager." Ok. I have my own mental health issues with all due respect and if I triggered that disability with my attitude then I do sincerely apologize and in no way were my frustrations personal against(unfortunately he seemed to take it as such). However, this gives no right to threaten to kick me or my Mother out and treat me like some infant when we were just disrespected the entire morning through the same staff and co-workers with little regard for the needs of elderly or even AFTER explaining our whole situation. I thought this was done when we got home but nope. Found out THEY GAVE US SOMEONE ELSE'S MODEM IN A BRAND NEW PACKAGE. Called customer service again to file a complaint against this store and customer service had to change info on the modem. I truly hope and wish the best for this staff if this is the reaction they have to simple frustrated customers and if they have to threaten to kick people out for being as such. I wish those staff members and Xfinity a happy holidays despite this. Even I learned something from this too.

Friendly people but EVERYONE in there was sick!! A joke was even made about a visibly ill employee not being able to go home. “You are still not going home” said the manager. Felt like I was in a cesspool and still did not receive any help. I’m stunned. When working with the public, considerations should be made for fellow employees and the public. End of story!!KarenNo need to reply, thank you.

I came to the store and I told Thomas that I have being with the company 2 years and I wanna to find out if I can get free phones like at the beginning he ask me for my social security number and I told him I'm not trying to make payment on the phones I said I wanna get free phones and stay for 2 years .so he run my credit and said you qualify for 2k and I told him again why you run my credit ...any ways I ask for a supervisor and Josh was even worse he didn't help.at all he said oh no I wasn't here when you guys wore talking .he obviously was on Thomas side ..I ask for his name and he was like why did you need my name .is obviously not happy with him either.Stay away from this guysTge xfinity service is great except for this 2 people .I hope the company see the video and get rid of this people I'm not coming back to this store any more and considering swith to another company

I came in with a very simple request to help me set up my new phone. Neither the regular employee or the manager seemed to be interested in assisting me. They all just acted like they couldn't be bothered, and 6 employees (including one manager) were just sitting in the corner talking to with each other instead of waiting on clients. I'd give them a -5 if I could.

Best to wait 5 hours in store to talk to someone but MAKE sure you have ALL the information you need! I no longer trust the phone or chat customer service. I have had to return to the store many times.Staff is nice enough if you receive correct information from them.I’m in store, in line and arrived about 3 hours ago, and still in line…

A 2 is probably accurate,I went to the store Saturday and after waiting for an hour I still wasn't helped. Went back Sunday and was 10min early but still no service after an hour. I found the phone I want at Samsung for cheaper,more memory and I got a discount on earbuds of $180. The phone is unlocked and I get it in red that wasn't available at the store. I don't particularly have a problem with cell service but in person service is non existent.

No matter what number you call, you can't get a live person to actually help you. They don't call you like they say they're going to. It's ridiculous. If you have an issue good luck getting ahold of anyone!!!

Good experience at this store. I came in for a wifi extender and needed to upgrade my modem. I was greeted and checked in promptly, sat down and was helped within 5 minutes. Sales associate was to the point and helpful. Hopefully this review helps you decide if you want to come to this store or not. AND you get a really nice purple tote bag with your purchase.

The wait was hour. Short of help. But worth it. Alex was a great help solved my problem. They need to hire more like him. Comcast/ Xfinity Robot CS is a joke. The Bots are only programmed to address certain problems. Bring back real people!
