Every single time I have visited this store, the employees have been RUDE, RUDE RUDE! Also, they wasted my entire day off last week, because they apparently aren't trained to do their job well. They had entered my account information incorrectly when I first signed up, resulting in me later having to spend SIX HOURS on the phone trying to get it corrected so I could make a claim on my mobile insurance for a replacement. (as if ANYONE has that much free time!) Today, I went in to have my new phone activated. They treated me like I was stupid for not knowing how to set it up myself, and seemed resentful that I asked them to help. They spent most of my visit in the corner, talking to each other instead of helping clients. In fact, they were all glaring at me from across the room as if I were the one with bad behavior. (I was nothing but polite about it) It was the end of the day. By the time I got home to try the new phone, neither the new or old phone was activated. I had to get on my home computer to chat with customer service and I was then robbed of another 2 hours getting that taken care of. I hope someone in upper management sees this review. XFinity, YOU CAN DO BETTER! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY, & MANAGEMENT, HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE for not providing the service we deserve for the inflated prices you charge!!!!!!!! I am sick & tired of doing your job for you, and being robbed of my precious time.

I went in today because my SIM card was corrupted. Caden assisted me and was great to interact with. However, when I walked in the emergency alert notification went off on my phone and I hurried to silence it but a lady who works there (I think it was the manager) yelled at me to put my phone on airplane mode. It was rude and uncalled for. She was then rude to two associates and customers who were conducting their business near the desk. I don't know what her problem is but I will just drive further next time to avoid being anywhere near her and I have great sympathy for anyone who works for her.

I would leave a negative star of possible. In August we cancelled our service due to the constantly rising cost. We returned all of the equipment, double checked to make sure it was all there. The clerk said we would receive a receipt by email. We got our final prorated bill for the days we used in August. We paid that and now are claiming that we didn't return one of the cable boxes. We have three witnesses that we did. I am Happ to see them in court if they do respond.

They weren’t too busy our wait time was little to nothing they are super cool will definitely be back this the best xfinity we been to by far !! It was great experience being at this location. Malika is awesome. We were first customer of the day for her. It took 2 hrs to have everything set. She helped in every steps setting up new connection and getting best deal. Thanks Malika.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We bundle with Xfinty, we have cable, internet and cell phones with service. We came in for black Friday deals and purchased the forth phone (an iphone) for our daughter and were told to get a new number instead of transferring over her existing phone number becuase the wait time with the other provider was over 30 minutes. The deal was the cost of the new phone was way less than normal but since we didnt transfer the phone number the deal was nullified without notification and they then proceeded to charge us full price for the phone. Everytime we called in to get the matter resolved they stated the deal would be honored and we would be creditied but the next bill would never reflect it. Over 10 hours of time spent trying to resolve this matter and STILL unresolved. No one cares at the company and this store won't be held responsible in any manner! Don't use this service and don't shop at this store or they will rip you off!!

This store likes to play in your face they always say they “don’t have a manager”. I told them I wouldn’t leave til they fixed this issue (I’ve come in over 5 times) and then they brought a manager out.. clearly they just don’t want to help or deal with unhappy customers. If that’s the case they should not be working for Xfinity or in customer service in general. The employees all hide in the back room, managers included. This place needs better, stricter upper management because clearly customers aren’t being taken care of at this store. Customer service here is just really terrible. I’m still missing money from my bank account from xfinity withdrawing it unauthorized too so that’s another bonus if you are thinking about using their services

Xfi phone is the worst phone service i've tried. 1 bar across the entirety of the denver MA. Texts arriving 20 minutes late. Cant even operate basic functions like google maps even in low populated areas driving due to the sheer lack of signal. Impressive you advertise providing a phone service yet manage to not provide phone service. Do not waste your time with this company's products. And god forbid you should have any issue with cable or internet too - you will have to fight answering machines then after that, the most useless and under qualified customer service offered to mankind. Wish time was refundable.
