“Listen, you never know what someone is going through. I’ve had a wreck of a year and had just been treated very badly at Ross and cried in my car for 20 minutes. Maybe the Sams Club employees felt bad for my red faced self but I know what good customer service is. We are business owners as well as I’ve worked in multiple fields. The employees at this Sams went above and beyond with kindness, care, and attentiveness. You can change someone’s day by being kind. I’m grateful.”

“Exactly what you think of. Sam's club is all about. Well stocked, clean, and does exactly what you needed to do. Don't know what else to say if you don't know what you're getting yourself into. The parking lot is a little precarious in some areas, but that's not dealing with the store itself. So as long as you aren't there during peak hours, you're going to be just fine.”
