“Bought tires here a few years ago and have been back to the same location on Havana a few times. Once because they reminded me it was time to rotate tires, once to have them check the pressure (didn't even get out of the car), and most recently I found a big screw in my tire. With the screw I called to make an appointment, but Dave said they take walk-in's. Arrived, got checked in was told the repair would be free but I could expect a 90 min wait. No big deal for a free repair! About 25 mins later a smiling young man Ishmael(?) was already finished. He made the repair and aired up all my tires! Anyone can sell you tires, it's service that makes the difference. I will be buying my next set here for sure.”

“I came in today hoping to get a tire patched, after arriving at the airport and finding a flat tire with a nail in it. It ended up not being fixable, and I needed a new tire. They actually recommended that all of them be replaced, but they didn't push me to make the big purchase today. I went ahead and got all 4 tires replaced to be on the safe side with this winter weather. David was amazing!!! He really helped me out of a pickle. It only took me about 30 mins from paying to my tires being done. I'm a nurse and because of David's compassion and expertise, I was able to get home in enough time to get some sleep before my night shift at work. My day really took a nose dive when I discovered my flat tire, but because of the kindness of David and the stranger that helped me change my tire on the side of the road, I headed home in a great mood. “I originally placed an order for 4 new tires 2 weeks prior to my appointment. The tires never were ordered by the person assisting me and when I showed up for my appointment they couldn’t get them in stock same day. It was frustrating to say the least. Rob stepped in and began helping to remedy the problem and went above and beyond! He made everything right and I would recommend my friends and family to shop here because of him! “they were super helpful when i needed an emergency flat tire replacement! their location didnt have my tire in stock, which was understandable since it was the end of the day, but they had their sister location rush a tire over to this location and got it installed very quickly!! the staff was very sweet and the used tire was only $60 (i dont have a high budget, dont judge)”
