Shout out to the sweet pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me get my medication approved. Backstory. I am here longer than anticipated due to an heath issue of a parent. I ran out of meds. After 3-4 phone calls back and forth and getting the runaround this pharmacist called my insurance and got a " vacation refill" and called me back to let me know my prescription was ready. I appreciate you. Pharmacy facts:1. They use call centers. I was routed to a call center on my initial call. The operator was helping me and hung up on me. . 2. Vacation Refill: if you are stuck at a location away from home pharmacy, they can issue some meds to cover you till you get back.

This location is NOT open 24 hours, if you contact the only 24 hour Walgreens in Denver they will confirm that the Peoria and Mississippi location is not open 24 hours, yet their sign in the window says 24 hours and so 4 other people like me are sitting here in our cars for pickup and the doors are locked and no one is coming out. I called the other store and they've been getting complaints from several customers.

Literally a nightmare to fill prescriptions here. Just changed where I am filling my prescription. They are severely understaffed, nothing has been filled on time and today they messed up my insurance and charged me for a prescription that has been covered by my insurance (and filled at this Walgreens) every time before.

One On Every Corner.......the visible parts of this entire store are disgustingly filthy. I wonder how clean employees can work around so much filth!!Filthy, dirty, nasty. No pharmacy/ medical supply store should be this nasty.See photos

Is zero stars available? The pharmacy never receives the prescriptions that the doctors send in, so you have to have them sent twice. The pharmacy will not even try and fill the prescription until you respond to the store. They refuse to answer phone calls to check on a prescription. Once at the store the dive thru is always closed. Once inside the store you will find 20 people in line. Once at the counter, they will tell you that the prescription is not ready, even if the app says it is ready. They will tell you that it will be ready in 15 minutes. After an hour you get back in the line that is still 20 people deep and 30 minutes long. If you ever get your prescription, just take it and never go back to Walgreens. Trust me, every other pharmacy in the state will do better!!!!

This is hands down the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I've worked in a pharmacy. The wait here makes exactly no sense.

Horrendous pharmacy. I know it's hard to find people but a pharmacy is an essential service. At least post your actual hours!!! How is anyone that works 9-5 supposed to get their medicine if that's the only time you're open?

Staff don't seem to care about their job. Store hours say open 24/7 but in reality it closes at 10Pm for some reason. Walgreen's app emailed me saying my photo printing would be done at 9:50PM, I arrive and ask, the staff say they usually close the photo area around 2PM due to short staff and not to trust the App anymore.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They told me it would be two hours for my prescription only to tell me that I would need it transferred to a different pharmacy instead of filling it. The people at this location are unhelpful and uninterested in finding any solutions for you.

This Walgreens location used to be open 24/7 both store and pharmacy. Now the pharmacy is so short staffed that their lines have more than 10+ people waiting to talk to the pharmacy. If you thought standing in a line 6ft apart from everyone, try calling the pharmacy. The line is even longer on the phone. Today I waited 50 minutes on the automated system only to be the next caller in line and they straight hung up on me. So I called back. Stayed on the line again, for 30 minutes. I was the next caller and BAM they legitimately hung up on me again. AND to add to it, the pharmacy drive thru has been closed for months. So if you're immunosuppressed like myself and don't want to stand in line around other people due to COVID well you're s*** out of luck. Overall it took a total of 4 hours to actually get ahold of the pharmacist.

Walgreens pharmacy calls me last night to let me know my prescription was filled. I drive across Denver. It's 7:15pm. Pharmacy closed! I drive back at noon today. Now I've been sitting in parking lot for a half hour for them to fill it. What non necessary nonsense!

Super disrespectful and lazy staff! Literally! I walked in going to the photo center. As I'm walking in I notice there was pretty much no customers, 5 employees were available, 3 at the register talking and 2 straightening out the shelves. I walked back to the register to ask for help and I was told I have to wait 30min, I asked Is the photo technician not available? She replies, I'm the photo technician but you have to wait. I asked, why do I have to wait 30 min tho? She replies, cuz I said so. I shock my head as I started heading out and said wow! Forget it then. This B!7ch had the audacity to say, OK THEN BYE MOFU. I replied "what did you just say to me" she replies, I said BYE then MOFU. At which point I got upset so I throw the candy off the shelves as we exchanged words. Things escalated after that and police were involved. During the process, I was called by a racial slur. I am disgusted by this disrespectful staff. I tried reaching out to Walgreens corporate office and I waited over an hour for an agent to pick up and nothing. Called again and waited an hour and 43min and no agent replied. This is by far, the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The staff is disgustingly disrespectful! I was trying to check out. As I'm walking towards the register, I see three employees " black females " at the register looking at a phone, chitchatting and laughing! I pulled up and said 'helloo!' one of them turned around and said 'hold on a sec' so I waited. They went back to doing the same thing. I was literally standing their for well over 5 min and when I asked again, 'excuse me, ma'am' the same one turns around and said 'I said hold on a sec' I tried to look at her name tag and as I glanced I only seen her position " shift lead ". I was startled by that and I just left what I was trying to purchase and walked out. It's a shame! I tried to call Walgreens complaint line and I literally waited over 50min to talk to someone and no one answered! From now on,I rather drive a few miles to a CVC or Walmart then coming back to this store. I'm literally never stepping a foot inside another Walgreens again! What a disgrace to society

I just moved into neighborhood, so since then . Every time I shop here , I mostly have good customer service . Employees are very helpful , and friendly. Honestly, I had crappy and horrible customer services with other places . This Walgreens is clean and well mannered, compared to the Walgreens on Quebec St.
