This location is convenient. However, there's no sense of urgency here. They can help you, but you'll have to wait, because some of their bankers just want to chat instead of help customers. That said if you prefer to do your business in Spanish this is a great banking option for you!

Terrible customer service! After waiting 30 minutes for a banker, the MANAGER approached me and said she was finishing up a transaction and would help me as soon as she was done. So instead she walks over to the tellers, starts talking to a different customer, who was NOT on the waiting list, who didn't have an appointment, and who had just walked in and proceeded to tell him that she could help him right now. She walks past me and says that she's just going to help him real quick and then she will help me. Sure enough, it wasn't quick and another banker finished before she did.

The WORST bank ever. 4:57pm - they are already closed. On Saturday- they are open till noon only or (11:57am)Go to CHASE instead, they are open on Saturdays till 2pm. Chase never closes its door until 5 minutes or more after posted hours

They have TWO ATMs , and neither one ever works. They are either down , or won't accept any deposits. Especially on Fridays! WTF

Poor service Manager on duty still don't know what she is doing. Some wells fargo branches are good ..But this one definitely Not.Will never come back to this one..Hopping wells fargo train employees better.

My mother needed to notarize some legal documents and went to her local bank and was told that she didn't need an appointment by phone. When we got there today, we were told that we couldn't be helped because the bank rep had a 9 am appointment. We were there at 8:50 am. The bank rep told us that if the appointment was late or didn't show up that she would help us in a few minutes. Well, the bank rep's appointment showed up at 9:15 am and she saw them first. She told use that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes for a 10 minute notary job (i.e. just 3 pages). Terrible customer service! I would recommend another branch and not go to this particular location.
