"When I want to stand in line for 25+ minutes... I FARGO!" In keeping with your in-branch advertising I am sharing some options for your to consider that are VERY accurate. 1 teller on the line at most. Options; 1. Hire people and pay them a living wage. 2. Close the branch. I am new to the area, I have used two other locations, with the same result. It is not a branch experience, it is a "FARGO" experience. Is this best that you can do? I am working with my corporate office and sharing these results. I don't have time for a 30 minute bank run several times a week.

Omg! Just left the line was all the way out the door! They had three people working but still had a line from here to china! Worst experience ever! They didn’t even bother to check on us or let us know why they weee taking a year n a day! Tf! Bye!

Terribly managed location. I waited for 55 minutes before the manager let one of two tellers to work with me. One of the tellers was sent to a break. Another one had about 15 minutes of time between two scheduled clients but decided to do something else rather than serve a waiting client. When I confronted the manager with ironic last name Tallent she blamed some CO state law that requires breaks for the workers. I told her that Google rating of 2.3 for her branch explains a lot.

I was hoping to rush to the restroom right after my visit and being in line for a while. There is no restroom for clients. Allow me to know why that is? Looking forward to an answer. Pardon me but I was expecting a restroom in a physical building and a name as big as Wells Fargo. Thank you for your time and attention.

Made an appointment to send several wires, we transacted the business quickly and efficiently, just the way I like it. Wish I could remember the young woman's name to put it here. NOTE: The roof is being replaced, a light smell of burned rubber or plastic is present and the sound with loud startling booms was a bit unnerving.

every time i visit this location, i am completely happy with my visit. the tellers are incredibly pleasant. they have gone over and beyond for me on multiple occasions, without me even asking them for it. in my experience, those who have bad visits come in to a business looking for a bad experience. negativity typically finds negativity. if anyone visits this location and has a bad experience there, they were looking for a bad experience.
