While I know this branch can be busy at times I figured a Tuesday morning wouldn't be too bad. I wanted to do a simple wire transaction. Walked in the bank had practically no customers. Triage person at the front asked me if I had an appointment - for a wire? Was told to wait....30+ minutes later no help, no communication. Triage women looked surprised when I told her take me off the list. I'm not sure what all the staff was doing with their time but it wasn't helping customers. Bad service, clueless staff - go elsewhere if you actually need to get something done with the bank. Seems like this branch is both understaffed AND badly managed,

Waited 45 minutes to make a simple transaction while only one of the four tellers helped customers and the line grew to 15 deep. I understand tellers needing to do different tasks at times, but this was just poor customer service. Go elsewhere, especially if you’re hoping yo get in and out relatively quickly.

I must have shifted to 2 different lines outside after I pulled out of an outdoor ATM line when no sign was out indicating that the machine was being serviced. Someone was allowed to basically loiter in one of the lines with their kid hanging outside the window of the car. I had to go inside to deposit $50 because when I finally got to the front of the line, the machine said it wasn't taking deposits. So much for convenience.

The manager isn’t familiar with the documents such as I-94 & Travel document with pictures from the immigration of border whic the only documents that refugees get to enter here USA and its the only documents for temporary after providing 2 form ID still asking for more she can’t be a manager

Julius is amazing. His customer service and smile makes my trip to the bank so nice. He is great at helping and answering any questions or concerns I have. He makes sure that I have all I need before leaving everytime. Shawn is great his customer service and conversation is wonderful THESE 2 GENTLEMAN ALWAYS HELP ME WHEN I NEED HELP PLEASE DONT LOSE THEM

Wanted to use drive thru, but no Open signs on any lanes. Went inside and employee in lobby said he'd tell someone about it. That's fine. What is not however, is the inside teller refusing to complete a deposit transaction of a check payable to both my wife and I, endorsed by us both, into our joint account. My wife has made deposits identical to this one at several WF branches. I just called the E. Colfax Ave branch phone and message says no one is available at this time (it's mid-day btw). So I call a different branch on S. Monaco Parkway who said that both account holders need not be present to deposit, so I'll now be heading there. Way to go Yosemite/Colfax branch!

Needed information for an account that I had closed over 5 years ago. When no information was available, the gentleman helping me actually called corporate headquarters and they got the information even though I didn't have the account number. Thank you for your time, help, and professional demeanor.

Wells Fargo at this location will also get reviews removed. I left one last month & now it’s gone. At least they could have attempted to follow up. Maybe because the review was in part due to a subcontracted person. They could have informed me of the name of the company he worked so I could leave a review for an cruel & unprofessional man who clearly needs help. His behavior was scary & I wouldn’t be surprised if he hurt someone based on his reactions

They would trip over a check that's 2 days ahead and you will wait 30 minutes in line.!!!!!!Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time and line.!!!! And yes. I have cashed one dated for the 15th before,it's because I'm black, right? Is it because I'm black???????!There's other spots to be merry about!!!!!
