I was told by María Pita, who was under the supervision of Roxana Amusifuen, that I could either "Shut up or leave" when I was speaking to another customer in line about the poor customer service. While having a conversation with a fellow customer in the wait line Maria came over and told me in Spanish, as to minimize those who could understand, that I am not allowed to voice my opinions with fellow customers in line. I was told that if I don't like the customer service that I may leave but that I may not voice my opinion out loud. A Federally insured bank allowed a banker to attempt to violate my first amendment rights. Her Supervisor Roxana did not attempt to resolve the issue but rather found it necessary to explain to me that they were doing their jobs when they ignored the line of 18 plus customers. When I addressed my concern to Roxana, as bank lead, that her employee was in wrong for telling someone what they aren't allowed to say I was told she'd put it in her report as she walked away from me. I was told I am only allowed to express my concerns on Wells Fargo's complaint hot line, I did exactly that. Now I have to wait over 72 hours to hear back about this ridiculous behavior. I will add that when this occurred I had not spoken to any staff members except to ask if there was a possibility of having any additional tellers help expedite the process, that was my only comment to a staff member prior to being told "se puede callar o se puede ir" (You may shut up or leave)

I don't ever leave a review. For anything. Ever. But this is by far the worst banking experience I've had. Go a little out of your way and don't go to this Wells Fargo.

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. They had like 6 people working and only one teller was open. When customers started complaining the manager yelled at one saying "what are you doin" uhm what were all here doing waiting! Excuses, excuses.. you see the long line waiting but choose to argue with a customer? Never coming here again.

Wells Fargo in my bank in LA. I needed to wire some money and I wasn't sure I could get it done here in Colorado since my bank is in California. I called the nearest Wells Fargo and was lucky enough to talk to the branch manager, Jeremy Jones. Fortunately, I was able to do a wire transfer from Colorado to California. (yes, you can do online transfers but they limit the amount you can wire per day) Jeremy set me up with an appointment to come in and get the wire transfer done.When I arrived, they were very well organized and COVID aware. They had three well-organized lines. One for teller services, one for banker services, and one for the ATM. They also had an employee outside orchestrating the line. It really worked well.My appointment was right on time. I was really impressed by that because they were super busy. I was helped by banker, Sally Obaid. She was very pleasant, professional, helpful, and proficient. She effortlessly processed my two wire transfers, all the while making sure it was done without any errors.The wire transfer was completed without any complications and the money was received by my other bank in less than two hours. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at this Wells Fargo Branch. Thanks, Jeremy Jones for putting such a great team together and for doing such a terrific job managing this branch!

If you are a Wells Fargo customer, do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple minutes to a different branch. The bankers and especially managers at this location do not care about you. I ordered a debit card 3 months ago. Never got it. Time and time again and since Wells Fargo offers temp cards they don't/won't over-night mail you a debit card so now I have 9 yes 9 temp cards on my account just waiting to be used or go away. They finally had my debit card mailed to the branch and after I got it they were STILL unwilling or unable to change my address on file. I went to the Wells Fargo on Hampden and not only did they fix it no problem but they were genuinely concerned why it had taken so long in the first place. I was contacted by a banker from the Buckley location the next day and his exact words were "there's nothing we can do, you need to contact USPS and make sure your address is wright with them. The last straw was last night at 4:30 am I received an email telling me ANOTHER debit card had been shipped to me. I'm so lost and so disappointed at this point I don't know what to do.

Their ATM drive thru is always mess up every Friday! Deposit always unavailable it's been most of the time like that for the pass 2 years. I hope someone will pay attention on that.

They claim they close at 530 I'm in the front door holding the door for another person and they lock the inner door. The man just said sorry you'll have to come back tomorrow and walked away. Terrible customer service

I went in to deposit my rent check into my landlords account. I've been doing this for the last 5 years and not once have they asked me to fill out a deposit slip! I complained to a manager and he said it was policy so I went down the street to the Wells Fargo on chambers and hampden and they didn't ask me to fill out the slip they saw the account number and did the transaction within a minutes time and gave me a receipt and I was on my way. Was I just profiled? Why after 5 years did they try to make me fill out that little waste of paper deposit slip? What's the point if I got the account number?? Poor service with old ancient bank technology. This is a simple transaction I don't get it why did this particular Wells Fargo make things difficult? Profiling? Idk ??

Everyone in this bank has the best personalities. They are genuinely friendly and personable . I enjoy my visit to my bank because they are all so pleasant. It makes the whole place feel like a pleasant place to be.
