Do you remember Kmart? If you do this Wells Fargo is the blue light special from Kmart. I have been comming to this location for awhile now and it never improves. The parking lot needs potholes repaired and there are no lines. The ingress of the building is littered with debris and garbage that has obviously been there for awhile. Why would a new customer even want to go in? Wells Fargo is impressing less and less I guess it is time for a new bank.

Don't deal with them. They won't let me use my own money. Asked them for my own money and they said it's going to be a few weeks until I can close my account

Service sucks. Person who met me at the door with the fake a** smile and fake personality. Refuse to take my explanation on the paper I needed to notarize and she tried to act like she knew what she was doing, then she got up and walked out definably. Then she called store manager that dude tried act like his people know what they are doing. Over all place sucks and racist. They are trying to shove alleged knowledge they know down people throat. Never again I'll go to that place again. Nothing but the fake smiles and personalities. Uneducated, non none understandable staff and trying to get into your business by asking question that none of their business. But when you tell them that they become defensive and upset. I am not there to tell you my life story, I'm here to conduct business not to tell you my personal life. Mind your own god damn business

My husband and I have been banking with Wells Fargo for about 40 years, long before they even were Wells Fargo. I had a situation in which they really let me down. And for this reason I will be withdrawing my funds and support and do business with USBank from this point forward. Their refusal to sign my stock transfer forms, by medallion guarantee, after the death of my father, is what is prompting this decision. The red tape in which they have me entangled in is ridiculous. Think twice about banking at this institution.

I opened accounts here after finding out my previous bank no longer offers free checking. In the two months I have had this account, they paid two charges on my debit card even though I expressly stated to decline all payments that would overdraw the account. That was 2 NSF charges. Then I had payroll and 2 credit card payments come thru at the same time. They posted the charges first before posting the payroll, which knowingly overdrew the checking account again...causing 2 more NSF charges. I have since opened bank accounts elsewhere, and showed this to branch managers at other banks. I expected Wells Fargo to do the right thing and credit back these charges, but all I get is the 'there's nothing we can do' song and dance.

I'm personally insulted and financially hurt by the negligence of the employees at the Aurora Hampden branch, Manager Joshua Collins. Warning small business owners: If you use your Wells Fargo business account while traveling you will be charged excessive ATM fees, up to 25% of the ATM withdrawal amount you make. Wells Fargo maintains a policy of penalizing small business owners who choose to use their ATM card while traveling abroad. I opened an account in 2012 at the Hampden-Quincy Aurora Branch of Wells Fargo, during the account opening process I informed my banker that I was going to be traveling in central America for at least 90 days, my banker neglected to inform me that I would be charged extra fees. While traveling, I had limited internet access but when I did check my account online, I discovered to my dismay that I was being charged sharply for both usage of ATM and any merchant transactions. The fees cost me anywhere from 10% - 25% each time I made a withdrawal. The real mistake here is that even though I informed my banker repeatedly upon account opening that I would be traveling abroad, they did not tell me about these excessive fees. I called the branch and explained to the branch manager, Joshua, that I was being charged excessive fees and that there was a customer service mistake made upon account opening. This is what happened over the course of the call: - He had worked for the bank for 8 years and the bank's policy was to charge fees and never work with or give personal consideration to customer circumstances. - Despite the customer mistake made he made no effort to do anything to help me or to apologize. - He didn't ask me any questions about when my account had been opened, or by whom or how I was using it. - Made no effort to extend me services that might actually help me as the customer of the bank. - He took no steps to verify my account ownership. I operate a marketing firm in the Denver area and have over 100 clients, I intend to inform them all and any other small business owners in my circle of influence of Wells Fargo's policy of charging steep fees to small business owners who travel. I think it's really sad that the managers of Wells Fargo, are much more committed to charging small business account owners fees than they are to doing the right thing or informing account holders of relevant policies at the time of account opening. Sincerely, Jonathan Roseland

I've been a fan of Wells Fargo for many years. This location isn't too busy by bank standards, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
