I was totally blown away by the professional, courteous service provided by Batteries Plus. A representative named, Christian, helped me with my car outside in the freezing weather. My car was having issues with the car battery. Christian tested the car battery and replaced the battery when it was freezing cold with snow. He never complained, but was so glad to help me. I try to offer him a tip, but he refused…. Wow! I was so impressed by the customer service at the highest level. I’m a loyal fan to Batteries Plus because of him! Thank you for the outstanding rep and great service!!!

I needed a cleaning for my charger port and they got it done faster than I thought it could be done. They were busy and still had time to service my phone. The guy even gave me free service due to internet failure so I gave him a tip. Extremely grateful for your help and will always use your store for my phone, light andbattery needs. You guys are top notch in customer service.

I called up on when I was in the road to Denver from a mountain holiday trip where my car battery had died. I was operating on a charge so I asked if they had a battery for my car. Robert researched and picked out a battery for me ..when I got to the store , shortly before closing he verified my battery was bad and changed it !! Got rid of the bad battery and was delightful to work with. Yay Batteries Plus!!! Thank you Robert ?

I'm pretty disappointed with this place. I will say that they were very friendly, but I have been trying to get them to fix my phone for weeks. I came in when they said they ordered the parts, they sent me away and said they didn't have the parts yet, fine, but they also said multiple times they would call me when the parts were in. I never received a follow up and I called almost every day for 2 weeks. Either no one would answer, or they would tell me to call back later and couldn't determine if the parts were in. I finally said eff it and just bought a new damn phone.

I was impressed and saddened by the due diligence work, this employee is managing the pressure. He was the only one I saw working and all day, with a steady flow of customers. This man earns a raise! We need more people in that shop, this man is overworked in my opinion. He's doing great. James is his name and working under hard conditions is his game, but really his deserves a reward.

The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the repair. Service was great. There was an issue with call volume of the earpiece but the speaker works great...probably a loose connection. I’ll head in tomorrow to get the problem fixed.
