I didn't even finish drying my stuff, I pulled it out of the dryer with time left on it because all the JUNK caught between the drum and the mesh was heating up and BURNING my white comforter! The pictures are of my comforter after it went through the dryer and it is now dirtier than it was when I put it to wash. But of course they're not responsible for damaged items so why bother cleaning out the machines ? I wasted $20 that I had to load onto a card just to wash and dry in the dirtiest machines I've ever seen. And that cost was for only TWO loads of blankets. The bathroom was disgusting, had no soap whatsoever and a giant shop vacuum in it for some reason. I will never be returning to this place ever again. Very lazy upkeep and quite disappointing.

I don’t recommend. I see why people like this place but I prefer the traditional style of laundromats. It was odd none of the machines accept quarters or even debit/credit. In fact this place doesn’t even take any coins at all. If you do plan on washing here, expect to purchase a wash card for .75 and have cash handy to load on to it(doesn’t accept coins), otherwise you’ll need to pay another $3 to withdraw from the ATM then still add onto the card.. being a first time customer here this was all very inconvenient and honestly just annoying. Cleanliness & service were mediocre. To top it off half of the dyers wouldn’t even accept my wash card so I moved at least 3 times from dryer to dryer trying to figure it out. Overall if I was going to come back (I won’t) to this type of laundromat with the reloadable wash card I would just expect it to be better.

Very clean laundromat. The customer service is above what I expected. Professional, clean, friendly, and safe. I like this place a lot.

I have been using this Laundromat for years as needed. The owners and staff are wonderful, polite, helpful and friendly. The place is kept clean and the prices are easy to deal with. Always met with a hello and smile.

Just traveling through for a single wash. They want me to spend .75 to buy a card and I have to spend $2-3 to get cash from the atm to buy a card to use for the laundromat. Way more expensive than just quarters.

Rip off. The card to use the machines costs .75 cents to use and it doesn't apply to the services purchased. .75 cents for nothing. I'd rather go to a coin operated place and not deal with unnecessary charges. And you don't get any money back that's left on the card, so if you put $1 on the card (the minimum) and you just need 0.35 to dry a load you don't get the rest back. Pure greed.

The little rude lady when you walk in was probably the reason for me anyway to move forward and find something else too Invest my money in.This is uh Interesting little place I've never been here before so I thought I'd try it out it's clean it's nice but it's very pricey it has coins it'll give you quarters but none of the machines are quarters they're all through the card I put $10 on a card and did 2 washes and a quarter left over so that means I'm paying over $4 for 1 load and the card is 75 cents.I can lady who kindly help me and I am being very sarcastic because she didn't say Hi how are you welcome to my establishment I understand without you there is no business because that's why everybody has a business is because of us customers. It's a decent place if you don't mind losing some money I do like that it is clean it's a little bit tight if it gets pulleding here there's lots of varieties to choose from around the corner for food and drinks and entertainment within shopping distance I like that but I don't think I'm coming back to this place I don't like that but I don't think I'm coming back to this place I don't like the way they do the stuff Thank you everybody have a blessed day

Zero star. I do not recommend visiting this establishment due to poor customer service and the unfavorable attitude of the owner. I strongly advised to seek out another local business that values and appreciates your patronage. Don't be fool by the fake high ratings from their friends and family. I suggest exploring other options and refraining from choosing this one.

Could not have been more pleased. Read bad and good reviews and was not sure what to expect.Washer broke and had to go to laundromat before new washer could be delivered. Chose this one at Yale and Havana. Attendant was very nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name so I could put it here and the owners would know what an asset they have.I now know where I will be going if I ever have to again or to wash something too big for a home washer.

If there was any way to give zero stars, I would.I'm not sure where these four and five-star ratings are coming from. Hell, I'm not sure where the three-star ratings are coming from. This place is horrible. So horrible the seven loads of laundry I hauled in, I hauled out without washing a load. Time consuming, but worth it. I should have stuck to my normal, reliable, clean, customer service-centric laundromat, Wash'em Up #6, but I was exploring my options. I completely blame myself.First of all, the smell was horrible. I'm not sure what that smell was, but it was fishy and, combined with the bleach the attendant was pouring in the floor drainage holes, was unpleasant. I should have left then, but I was trying to get the laundry done while I was still motivated to do so. I had three machines loading and was trying to start the one that was ready to go. That's when I noticed that you had to have a laundry card, not coins or a credit/debit card.First of all, I hate laundry cards; they're a scam. You have to pay for the card and usually, pay to load it, then there's always cash left on it that you can't collect. It also seemed as if a new card was required with every visit, as there was a box to collect recycled cards. I've only seen laundry cards implemented at apartment complexes, hotels, and motels and had I known this was not the standard credit card/cash establishment, I wouldn't have bothered, but this isn't something I saw posted in reviews.I asked the attendant about their process and she said I had to buy a card for $.75 and it had to be cash. She felt the need to be loud and rude about it, "put the money here" and she kept trying to grab my money as if I wasn't capable of doing it myself. The last time I checked, attempting to snatch money from someone's hand without permission constitutes attempted theft, but I digress.I asked her where I collected the change, and she said there wasn't one. I said "So, really the card is a $1 and not $.75 and she kept trying to snatch my money and saying, "put the money here" instead of answering my questions. I finally said, "Stop doing that". Then I tried to get a straight answer out of her again about the laundry card, nevermind trying to get answers about the rest of the process like is there a fee to load, etc., and again, she kept trying to snatch my money to put in the card machine that doesn't provide change. At this point, the ratchet rudeness and condescension was doing my head in, so I told her never mind and I would go elsewhere. It was a blessing in disguise because the extended exposure to the smell was truly making me sick. I would have been forced to spend money at an establishment with zero customer service skills, severely overcharges for laundry products, and smells horrendous. Laundromats are supposed to smell clean.By far the worst laundromat experience I've ever had. Ridiculously rude, dirty, limited seating, and scammy. Customer service isn't a concept. Something as simple as posting the laundry card is $1 or that the machine does not provide change would go a long way toward this establishment, not looking predatory. Overcharging or telling customers that something is a certain amount and not giving them their change is dishonest.I told my story to someone who said "Well, she was Asian". And??? I'm sorry, I'm not buying that she didn't understand what I was asking, or it is Asian custom to be rude, condescending, and aggressive. Even if that was the case, I'm not going to pay you to be disrespectful - Asian or not. There are too many good laundromats with owners/employees that care about the customer experience to deal with one that is dirty, smells like rotting fish and bleach, won't answer questions about their system, lacks manners, and attempts to snatch customers property without asking.I am blaming myself for straying and then staying after the smell I was greeted with. Had I bolted upon entry, I wou
