The elderly lady who serves is very rude and gossipy. He spends his time making faces and talking about people. I wouldn't go back because of the way she was. Very off putting to have to deal with a lady like that. She's rude an just gossips about the customers.

I work at a local shelter and unfortunately our dryer broke. Maria helped us tremendously and washed our heap of dirty laundry for the dogs and cats. We will return if we have the same problem again! Thank you

Maria helped my family and I with handling our laundry because our washer and dryer was out of service ! She went above and beyond on making sure our clothes were folded neatly and smelling fresh. She is amazing !

I've been going to this laundromat in Aurora off and on since their grand opening a couple of years back. I have no dryer. Mostly I hang up clothes in my back yard, but for little things I need a dryer. I've never had a problem until today when the lady attendant said to my son we couldn't dry our clothes there. It's your store, whoever owns this chain, and you can set your own rules obviously, but I will never ever enter another Wash Em Up. The lady and I couldn't communicate because of a language barrier, but it was rather embarrassing to be told we were not welcome to use the dryer. No need to explain your policy as I see it in other reviews I've read.

This laundromat is always clean. The staff is always available and friendly. There are plenty of washing machines available for all load sizes, and the price is decent. Overall this was a great laundry experience
