Worst customer service ever waited 20 minutes for eye drops and then an extra 10 minutes at self check out and still didn’t get any help! The woman working the front could’ve easily asked an associate to help but just proceeded to ignore us until she finally asked for an associate to help her which could’ve easily been done before! Worst Walmart location this far if you can go to any other location you should!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wait 20 minutes for help at 3 different aisles for help with locked up items. So called manager(badge was flipped so it showed no name) wearing a Thick thighs Good vibes shirt demonstrated no customer service skills. Plenty of staff standing around chatting instead of helping. Do better!!!!!

I use to enjoy coming to this store, there is like 2 people in this store who meet the customer service expectations. However, the manager Patsy is rude spoke to her and let her know that customer service was awful all she had to say was okay. Instead of being a manager and figure out what’s going on in the store. Sure I understand they are understaff but if someone came in to get items in the store and no one is in the customer service section how are you suppose to pick up items. Very sad how the previous manager and staff were so kind and this whole new staff lack all of this.

The most racial profiling location. Especially from your own black people. Yes, blacks do profile other blacks. Like this morning at the self checkout. The woman in the red wig chose my husband and me to stand behind. She was monitoring every single item we picked up to scan. Then made sure we actually scanned it. She kept looking at the phone they have that showed our register. Even though, my husband purposely placed all our items on the conveyor belt. Because we know the routine it still wasn’t enough. I’m just sick of it.

What a joke the employees from this walmart are. So rude and disrespectful, the way they talk to you is so bad, who do they think they are? They have a job because we the people buy from there , they should be more respectful when talking to you, thinking that your stealing from them, if they are so worried people is doing then open more cashiers so we stop doing THEIR JOB . I have never been treated the way i was treated today at self check out, she was acting like didn’t understand what i was saying, racial profiling me , and is not the first time it happens at this location

What an absolute joke, the employees have zero clue what they are doing nor know how to help with even the most basic questions. I just look walmart has always been hit or miss but holy moly avoid this store at all costs

Happy holidays. I have shopped at this store for 18 years my son works there . I see the same person checking recipes every time i am there. I spend 300 dollars a week. Today i spent 250 stood in line, bagged and paid. Wile leaving she stopped me in front of people i work with and went through my bags. I see people steal every time i go there! Made me look like a theif ! I will never go there again!!!

Always a long line. Everything is locked up and if you get anything near the pharmacy section, you would think they would let you check out there, especially on a Friday at 5 o’clock when nobody’s even in their line, but no, they want you to go wait in the eternal lines to pay for 2 boxes of eardrops - the store is just ridiculous …pay more and go to Walgreens, you won’t be so frustrated at least. I will never go here again. I even have a Walmart credit card but it’s too frustrating to go to most Walmarts. No customer service exists.
