Very disappointed with the delivery service from this location. I recently moved to this area and first few months my orders were delivered accurately to my front door. The last 5 weeks or so my orders have not been delivered correctly. It’s been left at my parking space, bottom of stairs, at the back door of stairs, even been delivered to the building across the parking lot instead of my apartment. I’ve spoken to several managers at this location over the last month and I’ve even specifically put in notes on the app for specific delivery instructions that never seem to show up on the Walmart or delivery person side!! It’s very frustrating. Also the items I receive are usually about to expire which is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a gallon of milk last week and the expiration date was four days later!! To me that’s not acceptable!! This service is only convenient and helpful when it does what claims it’s going to do! Delivering items that are close to expiring is absolutely not good customer service in my opinion at all!! Delivering items in the wrong location is also unacceptable! At this point this service is a waste of money! Bad customer service and bad quality of care and product make this service a waste! The manager responded to me by saying that drivers are outsourced and it’s hard for them to communicate properly the expectation and I personally find that unacceptable and a cop out of accountability and responsibility for a service Walmart is providing and setting a expectation for!!

SUPER FRIENDLY Staff that works there and they go above and beyond to keep everything looking NICE and CLEAN!!
Their Deli and Food Service Crew are exceptionally NICE and Very HELPFUL and "Quentin" goes out of his way to make sure you are completely taking care of and the food is always nice and HOT and they have no problem cooking FRESH WINGS (my Favorite!!) If you ask for it!!
Manny and his Staff at the Retun desk make sure things are running smoothly and there isn't too long of a line!! I have personally seen Manny mopping parts of the store that he could have regulated someone else to do....but he sets a GOOD EXAMPLE by doing it himself!!
The security upon checkout whenever you leave the store is SUPER FRIENDLY and I can't say enough good things about "Tom and Esther" and the gals that work security and I know they have a tough job but they go Above and Beyond to make sure they greet everyone with a "FRIENDLY HELLO" as you leave their store!!

Don't go, I have been harrassed by 2 employees when I went there. They employees are so rude, beyond disrespectful. Checkout lines take FOREVER and they never took tags off clothes anyways.

Did not realize Walmart still does not take tap to pay. Needed to pay via Google pay for all the way to the check out payment section to notice no tap to pay. Not having tap to pay is not my reasoning for the low recieve. The customer service trying to figure out what to do with my cart of stuff was the issue. My husband went for assistance and the girls working were no help. Didn't take the time to stop the "task" she was doing to even make eye contact. Then with a very sharp tone stated there is no tap to pay. We asked what they wanted us to do with the cart and there was no answer. So we just left. I'll stick to Safeway and target. No longer a Walmart patron.

I don't care for Walmart, they left a sensor on one of our products so now I have to drive an hour to have it removed sucks
