I was traveling from out of state on vacation and had a prescription that ran out. I was unable to fill it at my home pharmacy because the insurance said it was too soon and I wasn't leaving the country.... So, I had to call around while on my vacation to try to get it filled. I had a limited time on vacation that I could do this because we were traveling so frequently. This was the third pharmacy I called because others couldn't (or wouldn't) help me. I was getting frantic that I wouldn't be able to get it filled at all, but Jenna and her staff saved the day. They took the time to take my information, call my home pharmacy two times zones away, verify the script, fill it, and promptly call me when it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the insurance would not accept the fill from this location. Tracey worked some magic and got it to be accepted, saving me hundreds of dollars. I was so relieved. This staff was wonderful and together helped me out of a very frustrating situation. They helped save my vacation, as I would not have been able to make the 20+ hour drive home without this prescription. Five stars to a very competent and helpful pharmacy.

This is a very busy pharmacy.DO NOT expect your medication to be ready soon after your doctor calls it in.To make matters worse, the pharmacy techs are rude and couldn't care less about how you are feeling or whether or not you've been made to WAIT for your medication.If you want good customer service, do not use this pharmacy.

I just love the staff at Walmart pharmacy. Tracy is always so kind and upbeat, even when answering the phone. I don't think they realize how much of a difference it makes, at least to me.

Usually the pharmacy is pretty decent, but today I've been put on hold for 20 minutes, when I tried to call back and ask what would be a good time to call to avoid holding she forcibly put me on hold instead of answering the question. Same person every time.

Always willing to go above and beyond at this pharmacy!!!! Even though my insurance wouldn’t cover my medication, the pharmacy technician was more than willing to show me a website where there were discounts! Love going by here. Very gorgeous people working there

They have a person employeed here or at the or Walmart in aurora who is willing to put children's lives at risk. If you ever see a girl named Jaymee on the heavier side just know she put edibles in my children's food and tried to get them taken away from me.

Drove to the spectacular Walmart because of their website stating I had a particular item in stock getting to the store I find out that they no longer carry Syd item and I informed them that it said so online that they did tried to call the manager at the store but after five minutes of the phone ringing nonstopI contacted the corporate complaint line with the address phone number and store number I haven't been in a Walmart in over a year and a half and I won't be back into a Walmart ever again

So Walmart is Walmart, but honestly I did the pickup option, and I'm super unhappy. They positioned a bottle of dish washing soap in a bag of other food in such a way that the trigger was pressed down the entire trip home, and as a result soap covered the food in the bag, and I've got soap all over my trunk now. Also they substituted all my sparkling water with lime flavored water without asking if it was ok, which it is not. As I don't like the lime flavored water, and would have said as much if they had bothered asking. Not good Walmart, not good.

Its been over a year with covid happening, so they should have figured out these basic things by now. Customer service should be open the same hours as the store hours, not close 2 hours before closing. Drove out of my way in slushy spring snow and got there an hour before the store closed at its advertised 11pm, but service counter closed at 9pm. Apparently the managers, supervisors and other trained employees brains turn off at 9pm, and customer service is not a priority of any kind.

The pharmacy is terrible. My doctor called in 2 prescriptions on a Friday. I called Monday since I never got notification it was ready over weekend. I was out of a blood pressure medication and one for hypothyroidism - both extremely important and a pharmacy would know this. They said they were out of the common thyroid medicine but it was on truck that morning and would fill it but other medicine they had a question on. Why didn't you call me or my doctor?? So I gave them answers to fill it and waited for texts it was filled. Nope. Several days pass. They didn't fill them. Called again. Said oh yeah we have them ok give us 15 mins. No apology. I've been out of critical meds for 3 days. Go in. Oh we didn't fill it because insurance question and no we didn't call you. Terrible customer service. Taking my business to Target pharmacy.
