Staff and management are all rude, minus one. They struggle to keep staff, and I now understand why. Pharmacists often don’t show, so the pharmacy randomly closes. Medication is often unavailable, and they’ll send you back and forth instead of just following standard procedures. Do not recommend

I sent a photo order here and came in. I was the only one waiting for service. The woman behind the photo counter did not notice me for a few minutes so I say hello. She was working on a photo. She tells me one minute. One minute turns to 5 as I am watching her delete the background of the photo she's working on. I know it will take longer. So I ask her can I just grab my photo. She walks over, asks me my name and tells me she was in the middle of working on a photo. I clearly see that and I am definitely not going to wait all day for something that's going to take u 5 seconds. She hands me my order and I go to the front to check out. Really, not that hard to stop editing the photo for 5 seconds to help a customer.

This place will 100% straight LIE to your face...
I had prescriptions sent here from my clinic at 9am. When I got there at 10:15 they said they were not ready and come back at 11am.
When I return at 11:40am and they straight LIED TO MY FACE and said they just got the order.
If they had the order at 10:15 and knew it would be ready at 11 how did they just receive it when I returned at 11:40.
This pharmacy is 100% terrible and I would rather die of any common disease than rely on this place in the future.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst!The app says I have prescriptions ready, I get there and say they have nothing.The automatic refilled prescription I’m supposed to get does not automatically refill and when I call to get a refill, I get there and they short my prescription and say that’s all they have so screws me for the month of paid prescriptions.I have had a migraine for 3 days now and they said it would be ready yesterday,called today and they said it won’t be until tomorrow.So I try to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy who actually always has in stock, they call me and says that the Pharmacist (strong accent and rude)at THIS location told them she will not transfer it because it’s a narcotic, when it is not!!!!! She does not want to help people and is rude to the point of not caring if people are in pain.I don’t know what she gets out of being such a nasty person. Overall this pharmacy can’t get it right. EVERRRRR.Do not use this pharmacy if you want your meds in time!

Promises are not kept here. If you don't actually want your prescription, then this is the place to go. If you like Russian Roulette, just believe what the pharmacist tells you and then watch her get amnesia. When it's in writing! It doesn't matter. When you have a deadline to meet, they will put your life at risk. Be warned.

My doctor gave me a prescription, this pharmacy refused the prescription because a manager was not on site. Employees don’t seem competent at all. Tech who helped me was not helpful and just said they will not fill my prescription.

The staff is always rude and short. It has taken up to two days to get my antibiotics for pneumonia in the past. The WORST pharmacy!!! To the staff,please get another job if you are so miserable . Thank you!

I requested a B-12 that was not made from cyanocobalamin. The female Pharmacist insisted that "B-12 is cyanocobalamin". She had apparently never heard of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. And still wanted to argue with me. She also wouldn't say "Moose and Squirrel" upon request. C'est la guerre!

The pharmacy at this location has by far and away the very best customer service! They went above and beyond to find a location that had my very hard to get prescription! They will always be my preferred location!

Still trying to get these guys to fill my Rx correctly, since Nov. 2023. They haven't gotten it right once. Also, every couple of months, their app keeps switching my refills back to the old Walgreens, out of state. Don't shop here. Walgreens is really the dumps when it come to Rx. King Soopers is right across the street.

Does anyone at Walgreens care? I feel sorry for the overworked technicians who I know are doing their best for a company that obviously understaffs and probably underpays their employees. Would love to know what the CEO is making? And the stockholders. Always a nice long line at Walgreens but next-door at King Soopers. They have much better service.
