Staff is completely and utterly incompetent. No one knows how to do their job here, there is 0 accountability what so ever here. Employees blame each other for mistakes and will never take ownership of anything. They will call you and tell you your prescription is ready and then when you arrive the same person you were on the phone with then tells you that they never said that to you and that your prescription is on back order.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. EMPLOYEES DONT HAVE ANY TRAINING OR EDUCATION AND ARE 100% INCOMPETENT.

There are feces and pee all over your property. Broken vodka bottles. It's really disgusting. This is your commercial property you need to clean it if it has to be done three times a day do it but it hasn't been done in a really long time. You need to spray it down it's nasty. I have contacted my representative from here to tell her how dysfunctional your businesses. Shame on you. Clean it up Walgreens. There is someone who is posting a video of your property and making it public. Perhaps we should share it with the mayor and get this ice or closed down. This is not the fault of poor people, this is your fault as a huge corporation with lots of money. Clean up your property

Prescription is "processing" for over a day, no one will answer the phone to give any updated information. I transferred to CVS and they filled it in less than an hour. Don't waste your time.

This pharmacy has some serious staffing issues. I came here 3 times to pick up medicine and the first two times nobody was there. The third time they had a very long line. If you depend on your medication you may not want to choose this one as your preferred pharmacy.

Having employees with bad attitudes is never good. Especially in any type of healthcare. Definitely need to train pharmacy workers in customer service.

I regret asking for my child medication to be sent to this store they are rude the guy was in a rush to go to lunch and rather than help me he told me to wait till they come from lunch 3 more people show up wile they where close for lunch their is 3 people staff how come they dont take turns to take a lunch instead of closing.

A manager by the name of Romario was so rude. He was giving me attitude. I just needed help and he ignored me. Bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Always a mess with unprofessional employees. Today was the last straw for me — I scheduled my covid and flu shots appointment yesterday for today, and when I arrived there was, as usual, a very long line. I asked if I needed to wait in the prescription line if I had a vaccine appt, and they said yes. I waited for a half an hour and finally when I got up to the register I was eventually told that they ran out of covid vaccines yesterday! Why they didn’t cancel my appt or tell me when I arrived and asked about the vaccine is beyond me. In addition, during the few minutes while I was speaking with the man working the register (who was very nice and professional), the other pharmacists and the PHARMACY MANAGER were loudly and belligerently complaining about “all the vaccine appts” coming in and how they are “physically exhausted” from giving vaccines (why?? No clue. I have given shots before and it’s not a physically strenuous thing) and just all around being extremely unprofessional and letting me know that I was unwanted and unwelcome there for wanting a vaccine… which I scheduled an appt for.Aside from todays horrible experience, every other time I go there to get a prescription filled and am told a specific time that it will be filled, it NEVER is. I usually have to go back several times and continue asking for it. While I was waiting in line today, a woman came in who had gone through the exact same thing of being told her prescription was still not ready. This place needs to get it together. Clearly the pharmacy manager is the main issue. I am officially done with this place and will find a different pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible service - they lost my order and then asked me to return in 2 hours after I had waited in line for 20 mins. I changed my pharmacist.

Pharmacy staff was rude and had an attitude from the start. There used to be a nice gentlemen there I have no idea what happened with the customer service. It's not that hard to be nice. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE. Why be nasty and take it out on the customers. I have never had an issue until today. So unprofessional: just go elsewhere; this sh*t place is not even worth the headache.aerikaaer

Please don't select this pharmacy at all. I'm in the medical field, I called this pharmacy for a prescription follow up and waited 25 minutes for someone to keep placing me on hold, then it rung for about 2 minutes then they hung up on me! Now tell me how is this great patient care ?

Pharmacy is understaffed and typically has long waits. They never answer the phone so if you have questions, don't even bother. The automated phone system is very bad and unhelpful.

This Walgreens is a joke. Nothing is stocked, the shelves are bare with boxes piled in the middle of walkways. The cashier reeks of weed and the pharmacist will literally yell your business across the entire room with no respect for medical privacy.
