Their price for cat boarding is great, especially compared to other places in the Denver area.On our most recent pickup up from boarding, there was a miscommunication on how we were charged for the time our cat was there. The gentleman who was working the desk was very patient and nice while explaining it to me, and even lowered the total cost because of the miscommunication! Very friendly staff, our cat is taken care of, and the price is great - can’t beat it!”

Her staff always makes me feel welcomed and my animals are welcomed as well. I don't like vets that make you come back over and over again to be miss diagnosed. She can get straight to the point and she knows the anatomy of the animal so she can spot issues right away. That is important since the animals don't speak to us directly. “Took my pup in for a recheck today and had excellent service as usual. We were put in a room right away since there was another rambunctious pup in the waiting room. My dog was taken back by a vet tech after a very short wait. When she saw the hesitancy of my dog, she let me coax my dog out of the corner and then patiently led my dog out of the exam room. Dr. Krzan came back to the room and enthusiastically gave me the good news - my pups bladder stones had dissolved and surgery would not be needed. I love how festive this VCA is as they always have monthly decorations.”

The staff at the desk and the techs have been consistent, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I moved further away from this location last year but still drive the extra distance just to keep seeing Dr. Del Molino and the staff at this Banfield! They love my cat and my cat loves them because they give him his favorite treats whenever he's in! He had a sudden illness come up and I took him in without calling ahead, they told Dr. Del and he was able to get my cat in, assess him, tell me what was going on, and very kindly reassure me and encourage me to bring him back any time I have concerns. My cat has some chronic illnesses, so just knowing that this clinic cares and will make time for him and me means the world!”
