they can't respond of fill prescriptions in a timely manner. You can never speak to someone to get medication refilled. they always have to call you back. Impossible to reach. Been trying to get trazadone for weeks now. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET A REFILL? my advice is take the presciption immediately and go to Walmart o safeway as soon as you can. I hate dealing with these people. Go elsewhere if you can

I have bad experience with vetco total care l just went because my cat stop eating 3 days ago, and the vet told me that my cat was ok that maybe he didn't like the food any more I told him that my cat has gingivitis and I believe he has pain in his mouth, but he said that my cat has perfect teeth, he didn't prescribed anything for my cat and charged me 70 I had to call another vet for pain killer. My daughter always tell me no to take her cat to these place.

Extremely good vets, I always use these. They have bad reviews because of fees, do people think vets are free? This is actually the best priced vets I've been to in Colorado.

*Literally* some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. On complete power trips (every single one of the staff) and just the epitome of the pharmaceutical industry scavenging for peoples money through extremely unnecessary exam fees. Seriously the most unprofessional and unempathetic corporate veterinarian I have ever had the displeasure to go to. Biggest mistake. If you love your fur baby, PLEASE do yourself a favor and please don’t come here. Would give negative or zero stars if that was an option.

Every time I come here , I'm not satisfied with the service ,product or employees. But yet it's the only close petco to my house . Unless I'm at work , I'd rather go to that one (which is a smaller store ) but yet their services are great . This petco never has anyone to help you , when you donate , their not appreciative. And when you ask for assistance, their always taking a long a** time . They never really have the product I need/want. Their employees are rude or maybe always tired (always in a shitty mood) . Theirs only a couple employees I like and I never see them anymore .

Tried to call and schedule a nail trim but sat on hold FOREVER. Decided to drive in, came in to an empty store with an employee sitting behind the counter playing on her phone. Asked why no one answers the phone to which she replied "well typically we are too busy to answer it." Okay....so can I schedule a nail trim for my dog sometime this week? Was informed that they lady that can pick my dog up (roughly 50 pounds) doesn't work late so the soonest I could get my dog in would be 5 days from now. Guess I won't go here anymore since they are too busy for my business.

Curbside pick up is a joke here. Came to pick up, no one came out after check in. Husband walked in, got in long line to pick up, they wouldn't give it to him because it was under my name even if we have the same credit card AND he had my ID on him. Unreal, so I had to fo in, get back in the long-ass line and pick it up. Keep your promises or don't make them PETCO!!

I have never been more dumbfounded by a place in my life. These people wait till the day of my appointment 15 minutes past,to let me know that they can't do my cat surgery because I don't know what time she ate last. My cats eat from a free bowl. I work nights, I have no idea when she ate last! NO ONE. told me that she couldn't eat a certain many hours before surgery!!!! if someone would've told me that I would've took the bowl up!!! I'm incredibly upset because I already spent nearly $200 on some blood test just for them to not properly inform me of what I need to do before she went in! They definitely just care about how much money they get out of you.

I placed an order today with a 25% of coupon for orders over $50 plus 20% off certain cat food. One of those brands of cat food was Whole Hearted. To have a total of over $50, I had to order three bags. When I received the email stating the order was ready, it stated the store only had two bags. In this day and age of computerized inventory, one of two things should have happened. 1) I should have been advise of this while I was placing my order so I could modify it right then and there OR 2) given an option in the email to wait until they had the third bag. Since none of those happened, I suggested to the store manager that she just substitute a different flavor for the third bag, since they did not have three bags of the flavor I ordered. She responded in the most uncaring and unempathetic way. Even though it would have been the same price, she said she cannot do that and I would need to place another order. That is a problem for me, as I only ordered 3 bags because of the coupon and if I placed a new order, I would not get the 25% off. I contacted customer service via the chat on Petco.com and reached an offshore fool who was not any more helpful. I just felt people should be aware of how poor their customer service is. During the chat, I also discovered they charged me for 3 bags, even though I only received two. The offshore "monkey" behind the keyboard also would not do anything about that.
