Been a customer over 4 years. Spent a whole day back and forth on the phone with customer service and couldn't figure out how to get numbershare to work with my new watch and new phone I upgraded to. Go to this store to maybe see if someone in store would be more assistance.
They act like your a burden, there was 2 customers in the store and about 4 or 5 employees. They literally do not want to help and don't care.
I am returning all the new products and taking my old products to a different carrier. Never again. They care so much I'm sure they will send me a reply via their ai system. Can't even reach out to resolve in person.

I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store at 1113 S Abilene St, Ste 104, Aurora, CO 80012. I called the Verizon customer service center, and they told me I could pick up a SIM card at this location. However, when I arrived, the salesperson, Paige, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with the simple SIM card request, she tried to sell me other products and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.
Customer service should be about helping customers, not upselling and being rude. Very disappointed with this store's service.
If you're looking for actual help, I recommend going to a different Verizon location.

My experience was somewhat mediocre. So my original sales associate was a nice lady name Page she was very nice. She talk fast and move fast she ordered me an Apple Watch that was deliver but was the wrong wristband so I took the watch back in and she ordered the correct watch she told me it will be a two day shipping. It’s been more than two days. I still have not received my watch yet, so I went back to the store today 01/30/2025 I spoke to the manager PM he was very cool. He looked into my account and was able to get my tracking number and give it to me and the state that it will be delivered on January 31, 2025, but just for the record before all this transpired on January 29, 2025 I went back in my sales associate page was with a client so a do call she he or a he she I don’t know what she was, was helping me her body languages look like she don’t belong there she wasn’t of no help. I told her that for some reason I haven’t received a tracking number yet. She went to the back act like I told her like my watch was supposed to be delivered at the store came back and said oh it being processed her whole body language was just off like she was in of no help at all. My question is if you’re not a people person why are you working at a cell phone store because you gotta be able to associate with people. But I didn’t let her negativity got to me. I just gave her the benefit of the doubt and left and give it another day and on January 30 I went back and spoke to the manager P. He was very nice respectful and he looked it up and gave me a tracking number thank you again P big ups to you. I probably will never go back to that particular store because there are other Verizon store around. I tend to don’t go where I’m not welcome. I’m not gonna say they are raciest but something ain’t right whoever that tomboy looking girl with the tha braids was they gotta let go of her ass. Immediately, I should’ve got her name, but I’m pretty sure she knows who I’m talking about. P. know what I’m talking about or Paige knows who I’m talking about.

This 1 star rating should come to no surprise to the folks representing Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless as a unit does not take accountability. You go to the store, they pawn the problem off to customer care number. You call customer care they say you have to go deal with the store. The business department represented by Carlos is the absolute worst. He set us up with 2 extra lines we didn’t need or even knew about that we didn’t end up finding out for 9 months. It’s taken from January 2 until currently today January 24 and this matter still is not resolved. We text and call him, no response. If he responds, it’s because we are blowing him up. No store level help. I’m not even asking for anything special! I’m asking for 2 lines to be removed that I NEVER ASKED FOR and REFUND MY MONEY!! Why do I have to feel like I’m asking for special treatment just to reverse what I never asked for

The "Store maneger" Edwin lied out right to me to set up an account then misused my bank info and demanded I pay him cash to fix the error and refused to escalate to the actual store maneger after intentionally setting up my account to steal from me and now I have a court date with verizon, avoid this location and protect your bank account this place will steal from you, im just glad my bank stopped them.

Walked in and nobody greeted me. If I was a new customer I wouldn't want to have service here. But since I've been a customer for over 12 years, I know to just check in on the stupid app. So Verizon, for at least the past 12 years it's a pain to come into the store. Always a long wait, and now nobody to greet me. You're the most expensive and keep raising rates, but cannot have enough people in the store? Something to really consider. Good customer service is in the dying stages these days.

This location is the best managed cell phone store out there. I say this after visiting, almost a dozen for a specific problem. I spoke with Brenda who was a true expert, who had all the answers that I needed. I wish I would have come here first. Save yourself the time and hassle and get it done right by shopping here.

Went in to get my mother in law a new phone and get her on my plan, when we asked for assistance with the account merging process the manager on duty immediately shut down the conversation saying they don't do that and haven't for years. When we said the previous manager Crystal had helped us with a previous merger because the process had not been done correctly and we just wanted to make sure it was done right the first time she stated that she is the manager right now and that they don't do that in store and it was too busy to even give it an attempt. She was incredibly short, rude, and dismissive of us, and while I do understand that stores get busy and it is easy to get overwhelmed the manner in which this was handled was extremely unprofessional. I see many similar reviews on here about a manager that could only be her, if she thinks this is acceptable customer service she should consider a change in careers.
