They have a lot of equipment but it’s frustrating when half of it is broken. Each day at least 2 stair step machines aren’t working, and there are only 6 total. They get fixed one day and then break again the next. Please consider replacing them—they clearly need it. I’ve also had issues with several treadmills suddenly stopping mid-workout or not working at all.

I’m very impressed with this organization. It is clean and has a great selection of exercise equipment and classes. At this time I am using the pool for my PT; however, I am looking forward to trying more classes.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and never had a problem with an employee until Miranda started working here, we’ve had several incidents. Last week she got out of hand and started cursing at me and getting loud and over excited. As she walked away I asked her coworker for her name and he refused to give me her name so I can report her. She started saying that her manager will put me in my place again, which never happened and if he actually did that wouldn’t be professional of him. So I had go get my girlfriend and send her in alone so we can get her name since they refuse to give it to me. Come to find out I’m not the only customer she’s had issues with. Hopefully they can do something with this unprofessional, rude employee!

Solid gym, great value, friendly and helpful staff.Not as nice as other Vasas. Water in women's locker room used to be frigid, but they finally fixed it.The classes are also excellent. I particularly liked the PM yoga class.Speakers aren't great in women's locker room, I'd fix or turn off.They should test machines regularly to see if they're working and if not, put a sign on it.Would recommemd!

Horrible experience with their corporate…..Kid care was added without my consent and billed to a wrong member. To make the story short, the member got the refund and I had to pay $150 to reinstate my membership, Now corporate wont Issue me a refund for a service I didn't sign up for. Formal complaint has been filed with BBB.

This is the worst gym in the world. Cheap for a reason. Impossible to cancel an account. Dirty, crowded, horrible services.

Needed a gym for 3 weeks. The best option they had was $90. You must be kidding. After reading the reviews its better that I didnt get a membership. Places sounds dirty.

Front desk staff is very friendly, especially Jordan. Lots of equipment but there are so many members that during peak times it’s tough to get the equipment that you need. Also, the locker rooms could be cleaner.

This gym is Junk They tell you to put a locker, so no one steals your stuff, and someone popped my lock and stole my stuff. Someone stole my Hoodie with my keys in it, but they didn’t steal the truck if you’re gonna steal some don’t Halfass it Honestly, I’m thinking about quitting. I’m just starting a gym at home.

Love it. Great price ($50/month for the best package which is technically for 2 people, my son and I) and love all the amenities. So cool we can tan, use amazing hydro massage chairs (though only can do 20 min total/day which is my only complaint besides the pool being too cold for my tastes), plus there’s a giant movie screen you can watch while running on the treadmill, using an elliptical or a stationary bike. It’s open late on the weekdays and closes earlier on weekends. Anyhoo, never had to wait for a cardio machine, and only small waits for the weight machines.

Only thing good about this gym is the price per month. Insanely crowded at almost any time of day and half the members just stand over equipment and talk to each other for 10minutes before doing a set. So many Out of Order pieces of equipment any given day. Most of the treadmills are either on an uneven surface or in desperate need of replacement. On many occasions I’ve been running on a treadmill and it’s abruptly stopped, almost throwing me off, citing an error code. The equipment is also never cleaned by staff, there is dust on a lot of equipment. If gym goers don’t wipe their equipment down (which I’ve noticed rarely happens) you can assume it never gets cleaned. The Men’s locker room and other wet areas are also foul. I wouldn’t go in the men’s locker room unless it was an absolute emergency. Water fountains trickle water, basically unusable, and look like someone has throw up in them a year ago and it just sat there. The front desk staff also only seem to socialize with each other instead of help guests. if you need their help for something they always look annoyed you are asking. Almost every time I’ve had to interact with them I’ve been standing there waiting for them to finish giggling with a coworker. It’s too bad there isn’t another decent size gym anywhere near the area..

Coming from Planet Fitness, I have some thoughts for improvement. I know Vasa is a bigger facility but the women's locker room is pretty bad. The cleanliness needs to be addressed more frequently. It would take maybe 10 minutes to go through there and wipe down the lockers, sinks and toilets. Would make a huge improvement.Other than that, this is a great gym. Staff is friendly, plenty of equipment and wipes always available to use.
