Stop walking on my front lawn and delivering my mail to other addresses. USPS literally delivered my vehicle title to someone else and marked it as delivered.

Worst service ever. If you can avoid going there do it. Not enough employees it will take you more than half n hour to just ship one item

Lost my priority certified mail with a return receipt. Incredibly archaic and dysfunctional refund and insurance claim system. Their solution: mail it again but pay us more money this time

Does not seem to matter what post office I go to the experience is terrible! So unfriendly and down right Rude. Today I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Heather. Absolutely terrible. It is going to be sad to see the US postal service close down, but if you can't train people to at least be respectful I'm sure there is another option. I think that was my last trip to a US post office ?

I'm grateful for the pleasant experience at the post office today. There was hardly any wait, and the clerk who helped me was super friendly and got me a receipt for my package drop-off really quickly. I also noticed that same clerk going above and beyond to explain how change-of-address works to a customer. Nice to see that kind of helpful service!

I’m curious to know how a delivery was attempted on the 16th, stating no access to building. Yet, they never have access to the building and mail gets delivered just fine any other day.
It is now the 23rd and no attempt has been made since the 16th. No notice, no email, no nothing!!! Had I not checked the tracking info, I wouldn’t have even known it had arrived.
What is even the point of the post office anymore?!?! Just wish everyone would use the other services for shipping.

Manager April has many bad reviews on here and is STILL employed. Abusive, rude, lazy, awful woman. No wonder the culture and service is so bad here.

You have to retain your tracking number, of course. However, if one loses such a receipt, they will help til resolve.
