Interminably long lines. Slow, slow service. Reminds me of the DMV scene in Zootopia. Terrible, avoid.

Two missing packages in the matter of two weeks. Filed reports with no follow up. No one answers the phone. They keep closing my claims saying the package was delivered correctly. Tracking says the packages were delivered to my mail box or a parcel locker but they were not in my mail box and I did not receive a key/code to a separate locker. The companies I ordered from won’t refund me or redeliver the items unless USPS provides documentation admitting fault. USPS says the packages are not eligible for refund because they were not insured. This is so infuriating!!

I sent a package here for General Delivery. It was addressed to my boyfriend’s legal name. When he went in to pick up the package he was greeted with a disgusting attitude and told they “don’t do that.” I spent $35 to have this overnighted and was denied service for no reason. He was verbally assaulted and had his ID thrown at his face. Disgraceful human beings. NEVER GO HERE EVER!! They need to fire the useless staff immediately. I talked to someone from customer service who said it is unacceptable and there is absolutely no reason the package shouldn’t have been able to be picked up.

WORST usps I have ever delt with. Did not deliver to correct office then when we went to pick it up from their office directly they LOST our package after looking for it for over 1 hr. . I lost 4 packages to them wrong delivery back in December because they don't read our address correctly and always deliver to the wrong apartment or wrong address in total. There is 2 signs on each side of our building showing what apartments are in that specific building and yet they deliver to the wrong apartment or wrong building. Or they are put into the amazon locked boxes that have a extra fee to use. Amazin and food deliveries get to our correct apt so why can't usps do so as well?
Example : 1101 is building 1 and apartment 1101 and 100 is on the 1st floor then 200s are the 2nd floor and 300s are the 3rd floor pf all buildings. 1 is the building and part of the building number. The signs explain this are well.

Terrible terrible service at this post office. Heather is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If you don’t like your job, please find another. We all have jobs and we all have to deal with crap but treating customers this way is a very sad reality. I drop off 30-60 packages a week and they all have prepaid label so there is no need for me to wait in line. On occasion I have a priority express package which you have to drop off at the front because it will just not ship out as early as it needs to if you drop it off in the prepaid box and the workers aren’t even willing to just take it out of my hands they expect me to wait in a line of 20 people with a prepaid label just so I can hand it to them to throw into the right container. I didn’t need a receipt or anything. Really moody workers that don’t care about customer service. How can the Parker location be so convenient and friendly and this one so rude and troublesome?

If you have postal money orders don't bother coming here. They see them and will exclaim they have no cash even before they see amounts. I understand larger amounts some post offices won't have the cash, but when you wait in line 20 minutes, see someone pay $60 in cash and get change back then try and cash a $16 postal money money order and get told they have none and deny the person from 3 minutes earlier paid cash and got change it's pretty pathetic. Staff won't do a basic job function.

**Despite all the issues listed below, Sandra was super nice and did everything she could to help me **
I moved in May and have submitted 3 separate change of addresses so far and it's been 2 months with absolutely no progress. My mail still goes to my old address, and I'm missing other mail at this point including very important insurance documents. I'm not sure what is the issue with this location, but there's ALWAYS a line out the door, 1 or 2 people working, looking miserable, and today when I came in the AC wasn't even working... Like cmon now WHAT is going on with this place??

This location is often "losing" packages after being picked up through their pickup service. Pre-transit... nope, "lost" somewhere.

I’d rate it 0 stars if I could, despite a lengthy process to have my address changed they continue to return my packages to sender costing me reshipping fees IF I can have them reshipped, otherwise I miss out on my packages completely.
Maybe they should hire staff that can read and follow basic directions. I’ve had to wait hours in long lines to get miserable help from their slow and understaffed front desk, and to this day maybe one of five packages ordered actually gets to my hands, and sometimes I have to go to them to get it. I do their job more than they do at this point, maybe they should hold a meeting to let all their drivers know that if they leave a package with my name and address on it at my front door then I’ll actually receive it.
I hope the drivers and staff who are so lost in their heads that they can’t imagine someone may move into a new address find a new career that doesn’t involve basic reading comprehension.

Unfortunately, my review mirrors a majority of others. I recently moved to the area, did a change of address online a week before I moved and got a change of address confirmation email. I also have USPS Informed Delivery that comes to my email daily. I had to go into the Post Office and show my ID before they would actually deliver my mail to my mail box and now over two months later I am still missing mail to include a refund check from my old property management from moving. No one will answer the 2 phone numbers I was given by the front desk to inquire into my forwarding request and why I am still not receiving my mail correctly. In fact, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me when I called back to back. There is always a line of people no matter what time you go in. I will say that the one woman I have dealt with has tried to do everything she can to help me and that was very appreciated but clearly management does not care about your mail or your time or their staff.

Worst post office I’ve been too in my 59 years of existence. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everytime of day there’s only 2 workers and 10-15 people inline. The hiring sign is always up but apparently they don’t hire

This post office is, indeed, the worst as indicated by these reviews. In less than two months, they have lost packages inbound and, now, outbound as well. Where the hell is the staff? One lady up there with a line so long, people left (I did too eventually). A different lady came back up to the counter finally, saw the line, and announced she was going to lunch. Not her fault, probably not relieved by the next staffer. But come on, where is the staff? I have called all the numbers for this place and they will not answer the phone. Not ever. The building is a dump and also prevents cell service when folks need to refer to info on their phone. Do not plan on quick service, if any at all. Where is the oversight? Where are all these packages that never leave or arrive? What the hell is happening here? STAY AWAY.
