This establishment closes at 7 PM according to Google. At 6:30 they told me that they would not make a loan for me because they stop doing loans at 6:30 if they close at 7 PM why do they stop doing loans at 6:30 when that is one of their essential functions, And people rarely go there between 630 and seven just a shop at a pawnshop. I feel like this is a lazy business model, and I’ll be deleting all my friends and family know not to go to the EZ Pawn chain. My interaction with Steve was less unprofessional, not quite rude, but he was definitely indifferent and nonchalant. This is not the type of experience that this chain wants to create for its customers and I’ll be sure to let all my friends know also.

US pawn is the best pawnshop. They have the best deals and products. I’ve been using them for year. I’ll only go to US Pawn off Alameda and Chambers!
