I visited this US Bank branch today to get some cash out for Christmas and ran into pleasant surprise. Joshua Fahistedt was the teller that helped me, he was courteous, professional and pleasant to work with going out of his way to make the experience a good one. I've had some encounters at this branch that were just the opposite so this was the way I hoped all visits would go. Joshua bringing me back some hope.

Convenient location and hours. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lots of local locations for ATMs.

Drive-Thru is Viciously Narrow! I hit up the drive-thru regularly to pull or deposit money. I have to drive at negative 2 miles per hour, because I'm paranoid I will scrape up my car. No room for error!!

Today I walked in for a simple service. The teller informed me that he was unable to process my wire transfer, and that I needed to make an appointment for next month. When I called corporate customer service they told me that indeed they could process my transfer at the bank as walk in status. The manager of this branch is just not interested in doing her job or training her staff. Avoid this branch at all costs if you have more to do than a deposit or withdrawl.

they have the bank with only one teller. I've been on the line for more than 1 hour. and none of the other 4 people from the bank help. Even so, having a line of more than 15 people and others who left better to see no, the service does not advance. they do not have to hire people. the bank closes at 6. And they don't have more people to cover the shift or how?

This is now the second location I've been to since beginning at my company. One of my drivers brought two deposits, and seeming as to how the drop box is locked he sent it through the carrier during normal business hours. I was then called at the restaurant, by I'm assuming Carla, saying that she couldn't run them as a customer had turned them in. So not that I've been waiting in this drive through for 30 minutes, I finally get to the window, where Carla instructions the teller to give me back the deposits and a key to then GO BACK THROUGH THE LINE AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES ALREADY!!!! It's been my recommendation to my District, Regional, and Regional HR to switch banks for the ENTIRE district. Your service has been worse than horrible, speed of service horrible, and my overall experience with this bank has been absolutely horrific. I go to my own bank just to avoid waiting in the lines here for 30- 60 minutes.

I’m a former US Bank customer and I was told by a current US Bank customer I could send Western Union from US Bank when I went in today Adriane mail form told me that you have to be a US bank customer in order to do Western Union at U.S. Bank would’ve been nice to know before I wasted my time now I have to find another Western Union so US Bank is lost me as a customer for good and I will tell every one of my customers about my experience especially with Adriane at this branch false advertisement is false advertisement

I love when businesses do false advertising both online and verbally and then when you go you can't send Western Union because you don't have an account with them well perhaps they should put that online and on there voicemail that you have to have an account with them I stopped having an account with US Bank for other reasons I would never have an account with them I love false advertising call the manager got no results show up calling Western Union next letting them know about US banks false advertisement

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Branch manager, Kevin is a moron. They have no customer service. No wonder US Bank is rated so poorly.
