Zero stars is an option I would do that. Came in for a passport and they ended up filling out all the information wrrong!!! Then, when I had to come back, they make me pay to ship the document they messed up, all while the employee that screwed up is outside screaming at other customers...??♂️

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A NOTARY. YOU WILL GET BACK TO YOUR HOME OUT OF STATE AND IT WILL BE INCORRECT. I live in Nevada and flew to Colorado to meet with my childrens dad to get a notorized passport form. The incompetent individual, Te’Asia Raye Williams, didn’t even have him sign the form, wrote MY name where they were supposed to write HIS ID number, and then put MY ID expiration date on the form. They messed up the first one, I had to email the form again so we could start over, forgot to put the stamp on that luckily was noticed before we left…EVERYTHING about this not part was done incorrectly. I live out of state and paid $30 for nothing to be accomplished correctly. I am not the professional notary. I should not have to verify if they did their job correctly. The lady at my passport appointment in NEVADA is the one who noticed it was wrong. I am reporting this notary to the Colorado Commission and filing a complaint with UPS Store corporate and requesting my money back. This has wasted, time, money, and energy that I cannot get back. It has messed with legal forms that hinder the passport process for my kids. This is completely unacceptable from a notary official and they should have their commission revoked. Do these names match? He signed it AFTER we left the store when we noticed that mistake, but missed the others. They shouldn’t have even asked me for my ID at all. How do you not match the names as a LICENSED NOTARY?? DO. NOT. GO. HERE. FOR. LEGAL. NEEDS.

Very rude customer “service” lady. The one who calls you back after you call the main support number was absolutely rude I talked to her yesterday and today about the same issue and she was just straight up rude. Yelling at me not helping with anything. I don’t understand why I got lashed out at when I’m trying to figure out why my driver never wants to give me my packages…

Hello this is my first time at the store. Kiana was am employee...I thought she was a manager because she was so beautiful spirited friendly, kind and extremely helpful. She helped me get through my issue in a matter of minutes with a smile and I can't thank her enough. I talked to her manager about her and I wanted to leave this post because Kiana needs to be a manager and teach others the important of customer service because she made my whole day just beautiful I'm so glad she's in that role to brighten people's life.

Went in at 5:55 just to buy a envelope. Person at the register was rude. Girl with tattoos on her face needs to get a different job if she can't deal with people....

If I could give them 0 stars I would I was told from the 1800 number to contact the store directly, when I did I spoke with a lady named Cynthia I was trying to find out more information in regards to an overnight package that was dropped off at this location 5 days ago was just being picked up today. Not once did I raise my voice at her because this situation is work related and very time sensitive, but for some reason I was cut off and Ms. Cynthia decided to raise her voice at me. Very Unprofessional.

The ladies and gentlemen that we're working behind the counter we're absolutely fantastic you walk in the store and all the sudden you're greeted with hi hun how you doing I'll be with you in just a second and sure enough she was in about a second and a half but absolutely fantastic people there
