It always smells like B.O. in there. Just went in to do an Amazon return and the lady threw my receipt on the counter. Since when do you not hand a receipt? Jerk.

Never had a problem with this place and I've been using this as my preferred store for years. The last time I was in here, I had to ship a large number of framed pictures for an office move. My coworker and I had no boxes. The staff helped us box everything up between serving other customers. The experience was efficient and painless. Sometimes there's a long line but it usually moves quickly. Usually I ether have everything ready to go so I can just drop it off and leave but whenever I need a lot of help with something, they are helpful.

I should have looked at the reviews for this place before I drove here. They closed an hour early for weather. The wingstop and vape shop next door are open but UPS needs to close for not even that bad conditions. Avoid at all costs!

I usually use 2 other UPS stores closer to home in Parker but popped in here during errands in the area. The employee asked for my drivers license. I asked him why and he said so we know who is sending it. It made me very uncomfortable and wish I didn't hand it over. Never in 30+ years of using UPS did any location ever require my driver's license. The store was also messy compared to others. I'll never go back there.

I haven’t had any issues at this place like others. I’m usually in and out. People are nice. I forgot to pack one of my Amazon returns, was quick and easy transaction. No issues for me. They’re my go to.

Efficient, fast, consistent. Have used PO Box here too which is better than USPS. Can use AAA for 15% discount on shipping.

Brought in labels to have printed and i asked more than 1 time if he knew how to print and send the paper through since I only had one sheet of actual labels. I did however have a test sheet which he put in wrong. I asked are you sure you’re doing it correctly the second time and he assured me he was. It came out wrong!He called the manager/ owner Vince about it but instead of talking in front of me he went to the back. He came up and said “we won’t charge you but you’ll have to just buy new labels”.I asked to speak to the manger/owner and he said Vince was busy but called him again.Rio called and instead of letting me speak to him, he went into the back again so I couldn’t hear the conversation.After 10 minutes between two phone calls, he was “busy” and couldn’t speak to me.What should have taken 5 minutes took 30 and I still never spoke to the manager during either call Rio made.Completely unprofessional and it cost me 8.00 because now i have to go buy more labels.

This location does not adhere to their posted hours. They frequently do not open until well past 8 am on weekdays, and they like to close and lock their door before the posted closing time.

I went to this location for the first time today and all the employees were very nice. The person who originally helped me was new but very nice. She was not able to answer all my questions so the owner came. He was ultimately very rude. This is why the store gets one star because of the way that he treated me.I should not have had to wait for over 15 minutes while multiple customers were helped. I did express this to the owner, and he became very rude. That was not necessary. It was terrible customer service as well.I went to another UPS store and they took care of me and were very polite unlike this owner.I do not recommend going to this store at least under the current owner.

These guys are always sitting on the right side of the store on their phones. They look up and then give you a dirty look then decide which one is going to get up to help the customer. There's a skinnier kid with long hair that is super respectful and has a good attitude. The others look like they have to be there and don't want to. My advice would be to get rid of the others that don't know how to work.

I went to the store at 8am, when they first opened. I asked to have a document notarized. The manager rudely stated they don’t do notarizations before 10am and was very irritated. This “policy” is not posted anywhere in their store. She also stated she was the only person in the store. She had me stand to the side while she helped customers that came in after me. It’s not the customer’s fault that the store can’t provide all of their advertised services during business hours. Also, if they do have such a “policy”, it should be posted.

Would not recommend ordering prints from this location. After I would make an online order for my prints, I would receive an email saying it was completed and the two times I would show up with my confirmation email, it was as if the prints never existed. The people who are working there try to help, so that's why this isn't one star. However, some do have an attitude that made this already unfortunate email glitch or whatever more frustrating. They do well with returns though.

Worst customer service, on top of all each page of white and black printing will cost you $2.50. Very bold. Don’t waste your time going there.

Had a package delivered to this UPS Store by UPS at 9:34AM, picked up the package at 11:00am. Same day. $5.00 storage fee. Ridiculous.

Shame on the management. Went in to do an Amazon return and the two people working there were either 1) very sick or 2) so miserable that they looked like they were a step away from being absolutely done with life. Either allow your workers to call in sick or pay them more so it helps the mental anguish that every other customer must give them. Literally watched a worker get yelled at for several minutes by an elderly person because of the return label fee.If you have an Amazon return, DO NOT return to a ups store unless you can print out your own label. It used to be free but now they charge $3 for printing a label. Go to Kohls instead, since it’ll not only be free, they’ll also give a coupon with it!
