DO NOT GO HERE!!!
This dealership is an absolute nightmare and only cares about making money. They have no regard for the cars they sell, especially if you're a woman. I bought a car from them in April 2022, and by July 2022, I started experiencing major issues with the transmission. It turns out that the subframe was bent which led to many more problems, but they never disclosed this to me before I made the purchase. They insisted that I must have been in an accident with the car, even though there was no visible damage and I hadn't been in any accidents. They claimed that the damage occurred while the car was in my possession. I even contacted the place where I got my oil changed days prior to the problems occurring, Grease Monkey, to see if something happened there, but they willingly showed me the footage and nothing happened to my car. The mechanic who reviewed the footage with me said, "They should have never sold you this car, it's a death trap". They offered to trade the car because they said it was totaled and wouldn't be resold and would go straight to auction, but I recently found out that was a lie because they resold it to someone else, thanks to Carfax I was able to confirm that information after getting an email about that car needing to be re-registered. They pressured me into getting another car and promised to price match the trade-in value for the "totaled" car, but that was also a lie. They ended up inflating the price significantly. Now I'm stuck paying $18,000 for a car that's only worth $1500. On top of that, the car I traded for has been giving me problems throughout the year and a half I've owned it, and now I need a completely new transmission. I still owe a lot of money for this terrible car. The salesman I dealt with, Thomas Rivera, lied to me the entire time. They rushed me through the paperwork and gave me vague answers to all my questions. I urge you to save yourself the money and stress of dealing with an unreliable car and stay far away from this dealership.

Be wary of this dealership. Was sold a car with three bent wheels. Car starts to shake going up and over 50 mph. Took it to tynans Jetta service center and would not cover repair. The inspection forms showed the technician did not inspect the wheels and I was given a form that marked “no dealer warranty” bought as is even though I bought a warranty which still does not cover repairs. I spoke with sales manager/internet sales director and loyalty manager about this and they cut off communication with me. Please have the car inspected and inspection report looked at by a third party before purchasing

Fast, friendly, and transparent car buying experience. Got a great barely used car at a great price. Never felt pressured into anything and everyone was very helpful. Great place to buy a car.

I needed a Truck and found what I was looking for online listed at the Tynan's Pre-Owned Superstore. When I went to visit the car lot, we didn't see it there. So I went in to inquire about it and I took a liking to their showroom. Nick, who is is a bit of an auto enthusiast/officiando as am I, asked us what we were looking for and I told him what I had found online. After discovering that it indeed was not there, we discussed the possibility of a couple of other truck models as a possibility, which I was open to. After a bit, I found that I really needed the one I had found advertised online, due mostly to bed length but other factors as well. Well, he got to work and found out that one of the Tynan family was using it to take items to a church. He then arranged to retrieve it for us! We ended going back forth between the Pre-Owned Superstore and the Tynan's Nissan Store down the road a couple of times, between the Test Drive and purchasing of the vehicle. Anyway, both showrooms are quite nice, and so were all the people that we met and worked with. Thank you so much Nick and Dan, the car detailers, et. al. You guys are truly great! It was nearly an all day affair, but it was really enjoyable and well worth spending my day on!

I am 72 years old, my daughter lives in Denver and needed a car. My wife & I came here from Des Moines to help her find a car. Tynan's was the 1st place we went to. After looking at other car lots and 3 days of intense searching, we made a decision to buy a car from Tynan's. This was without a doubt the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. The salesman, the manager and finance person were all very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and worked with us on every question that we had. Our experience with the Tynan team was really enjoyable. I would recommend Tynan's to anyone who needs a car. First class operation!

My wife and I just got two cars from these folks. Tom made the entire process as painless as a car sale can be, and this is far from my first car purchase. Him and the underwriter Vijay stayed there almost 2 hours after close just to make sure we got our insurance and we were both able to walk out with our new shiny cars. I was blown away by their patience and determination to make it happen for us. I am a garage service writer myself. I put both cars up on the lift the next day and both were immaculate, my mechanics could not find an issue with either of these pre owned cars which in my experience is a rare find especially since they also came with bumper to bumper warranties on top. These guys will get all of my business from now on. I highly suggest these guys if your looking for the least frustrating way to get an awesome car you can actually trust the sticker on.

Once again DJ came through and helped my family out with our needs, my daughters first car, it was a wonderful experience. DJ is such a all-around good person and very professional, its our fourth purchase, thanks again DJ and we definitely will be back!?

Each of their team members made us feel like we are part of their family and went out of their way to help us.It's easy to see why Tynan's has been a part of the Denver car scene for generations. This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and get the job done! My fiancé and I have bought our last 2 cars there because of how great the service is! Keith is a great salesman and takes care of everything, start to finish! Vijay got us amazing payments and was able to get us in the cars we wanted, not just the ordinary settling for whatever they can get you financed for! Very refreshing car buying experience! A++++
