“Finally found an excellent honest, mechanical repair shop. I went to the big zero tire store on Hampton and Tower And was quoted over $1000 in repairs to get an alignment. I went to the Brakes plus on Iliff and Buckley and got my alignment done for $100. No parts were needed. I wanted a second opinion and got an honest result. I will use Brakes plus and refer them as much as I can.

“I was traveling from Lamar, Missouri, where I purchased this wild land fire truck. On the way, my transmission coolant tube cracked as a matter of sheer luck, A&B transmissions was the closest shop to me. I am grateful to the universe for this because it was by far the best customer service I have experienced in an incredibly long time. even more, this was the best experience I’ve had at an automotive repair shop. With likely less than a quart of fluid left in my transmission, I pulled in and Omar the owner took me right in. I parked and he immediately sent a crew to look at the problem. There was no wait, no filling out paperwork. He just took me right in and my rig was the focus. I was there all day and Omar straight up took care of the situation. Best guy ever! He asked me if I knew how to drive a stick shift. I said yes he allowed me to borrow his truck to go get the specialized parts I needed for the LMTV. Omar was so gracious and candidly, generous. He reinforced the idea that there really are good people out there. Because of Omar and his crew and the quality work that they did I was eventually able to make it back home to Washington state. Omar is someone you can trust and I would gladly take any of my vehicles to him, trusting both the quality and value received.”

The online inspection report is very useful and informative. I love that they give you a ride home and pick you up when the repair is completed.
