Gloria has been supporting me and my wife up at the Clubhouse for 6 years or so. She is a great personality and we have become friends. She is very heartfelt about her position and community and her role therein. She has tapped into my knowledge acquired in committee positions to learn more about issues and the operation and what the neighborhood focuses are even though she doesn't live here. She always reacts quickly when something in the building needs to be addressed or fixed or replaced. And I know she is extremely helpful to new residents who are trying to get settled in. TMT should get glad they have her.

Gloria Escalante made us feel welcomed at our very forst visit to Hilltop at Inspiration's clubhouse. Ete Rondeau has been more than accomodating to help us make our selection, meet our needs and communicates promptly to address questions.

I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation for Benjamin Charles at the Parkside Community Center.
I recently hosted a high school swim banquet at the facility and Benjamin went above and beyond to help with setting up the room arrangements to our needs, offering suggestions to best utilize the space we rented, and took the time to memorize my name right away, and remembered me on subsequent visits. This above and beyond service continued to the night of the event, with the room set up to spec, offering a helping hand in getting our supplies carried to the room, and offered a friendly greeting to all of the families and swimmers as they arrived to the facility; many commented to me how friendly Benjamin was and how impressed they were with the accommodations.
In a time when customer service seems to be an afterthought, it is refreshing to experience a representative who takes the job seriously and approaches every interaction with a genuinely friendly, professional attitude. From the many reviewers who mention him by name, it is clear that Benjamin has made a positive impact on our community and I hope that The Management Trust is aware of what an asset they have in him!

***LINDSEY GETS FIVE STARS, HANDS DOWN!!!*** I was hoping that I could write a review for a specific person. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a way to do so. But the rest of the company gets one star at best. I could spend quite a while if I listed all of my complaints. The entry code to my building has been changed twice. Neither of those times was I told that it happened, why it happened, or given the new code. This company is super quick to send out notifications regarding the office closing for holidays. As well as notifications to tell tenants that they are doing something wrong. But when it comes to helping the residents and addressing their issues, they are TERRIBLE!!!

Sheila was an absolute delight to work with! She was professional, pleasant, and highly communicative. She left no stone unturned as we worked together to take care of her property. I cannot recommend Sheila and Management Trust enough!! 10 stars out of 10 every day!!

We use the Anthem rec center daily and its always a pleasure to see Benjamin! Such a positive attitude, shows a genuine interest in what you're doing and is always looking for ways to improve the facility. He truly knows his patrons and makes you feel like you are working out with family!

Realized late in the game that our solar company sent an application to an old address. I reached out to Jeni and she was very quick to react and helped to get the approval needed in just a couple days. Very happy with the response we got. Thank you Jeni.

Great communication, very good at listening to community needs, and great people that run the clubhouses of South Shore like Jen, and Hernan that oversee most large scale items. Then leaving Will Jennings who manages the lighthouse at South shore with great attitude and attention always willing to learn about a problem and find a solution.

Tammi Martin has been a tremendous asset to TMT at Hilltop in Aurora. Her knowledge and experience have greatly assisted the Governing Document Committee in updating the various HCA documents. She is an amazing individual and I feel so very honored to have the opportunity to work with her. Five stars do not feel sufficient in my opinion - try 10+

I have been taking Zumba at Parkside Rec Center for six years. Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly! I want to thank Laura for always greeting us with her great smile and making the check-in process easy. It’s such a pleasure to talk to her. I also want to thank our wonderful Zumba instructor Theresia for introducing us to the joy of Latin music and dancing. She is an amazing dancer and teacher! Her classes are so fun and exhilarating that I’m always looking forward to the next one!
