Very disappointed, used to shop here a lot cause they sold good glass for cheap and even as a budtender have referred my own customers to you. Yesterday I bought 2 nectar collectors, I havent even smoked out of it for 24 hours before a hairline crack forms and breaks the nectar when I call and ask if I can possibly buy a new one at a discounted price because of the inconvenience I was told flat out no I can't do that. horrible customer service. I'll go to the buzz head shop, purple haze, or a wide variety of head shops in the Colorado area and will be telling my customers to do so aswell.

I feel stupid for not looking closer to see that the recycler bong was shaped incorrectly and doesn't recycle water. Thought of ways I could modify it and it wouldn't work. It passed 2 levels of inspection or they intentionally sold a bunk bong. More funny than not luckily I didn't spend a lot of money on it.

The staff was really rude, and clearly annoyed that I was just in the shop looking. I spent $85, and they clearly were just ticked to even have a customer in the store.

Used to come here all the time and bring my friends because of their variety but unfortunately I will no longer bring my business here. I bought a Tony Dabtana enail recently and it wouldn’t heat up past 80. I called the story and told them I wasn’t sure if something was wrong with my enail or if I was doing something wrong because this was my first enail. They told me to bring it in and they would check it out for me. I told the man I spoke with that I couldn’t come back until the weekend because I live by DIA and by the time I get off work during the week they were closed. I came back that following weekend and the young men tested the enail for me and found out it was the actual battery cord itself that was having the issues. They also mentioned that my heating element was really bent and it wasn’t even used yet at least not by me. They called the manager and the manager said that said it was a week there was nothing they could do for me and now I’m stuck with a broken enail that was sold to me by them. Sucks because I’d come here once or twice a month and spent at least $200 each time and now I’m going to take my business to one of the 30 other glass shops that I have to pass to get to this one. Make sure you have them open and test all your gadgets before you leave their store because all of their products are sold as is and they have a no exchange policy. It also really upsets me that the time before my last experience I bought a bong and a rig and my Rick and Morty banger and carb cap were not wrapped in my packaging so they forgot to give me those. Sloppy work done here.
