Amazon Freight is going to slaughter these guys, and not soon enough. Can't get a phone call prior to delivery.. it's 2025 folks. Scheduled a delivery from 10am to 1pm. No show. Then the freight was lost. Needed to schedule for tomorrow. Fingers crossed it will show up. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We just had a delivery by TForce Freight. The driver, Paul Rodriguez, communicated with us about his estimated delivery time and, when he was unexpectedly delayed, the updated time. He was very kind, personable and careful with our delivery. TForce is lucky to have such a great employee!

This place is a joke. From drivers to dispatch to management. I don't recommend using them ever.
Day 2 after they dumped my pallet and only drop part of my shipment. I had to reach out to see where the rest of my material was. Said they were going to deliver it Tuesday. Show up on Wednesday at 3pm dumped again.
