Phone calls are never answered or returned. I paid for the premium package that included doggy daycare every day. The entire week that my dog was there, he only went out once. Their excuse was low staffing and bad weather. I was never offered a refund or anything. I will be finding a new place to groom and board my pet

Great / clean place!
Amazing staff!
Perfect place to leave your furry friend for a vacation or even just for daycare! The prices are very affordable compared to other boarding facilities I have been to.
Would recommend Tenaker to everyone!

We love Tenaker, and so does our Puppers! She gets so excited when we take her to daycare and has made friends with all the doggies and staff. When we go on vacation we feel good about leaving her in their care.

Just picked our dog up for a 10 day stay. We typically go to a different border but they were all booked up for Christmas. Upon picking him up I realized his dog food bag was extremely light. Right before bringing him we purchased a new bag of dog food, 11.5 pounds. Never had a problem bringing his food to the other boarding place as they would put his name and kennel number on his bag. This place didn't. My dog is a 11lb miniature dachshund and the food usually lasts 2.5 months. How in the hell did we pick him up and there's practically nothing left in his bag? I guess they were giving his food to the other dogs. AND they have a sign saying they aren't responsible for the dog food. How are you not? Are we just supposed to drop our dog off without food or should I have portioned out his food in zip lock bags like I'm dropping my toddler off for daycare? He doesn't even have enough food for the weekend. The icing on the cake is who knows how long he's been without water. As soon as he made it home he ran straight to his water bowl for water and when there was nothing there he tried to get it out of the bathtub. Needless to say he won't be returning.

I had recently picked up my French Bulldog from staying two days over the Thanksgiving holiday in perfect health. When I went to pick him up on Friday he initially seemed a little thin but was ok until we left. We were maybe 10 minutes away from the center when I looked in the backseat and my dog seemed lethargic and had a small amount of white foam coming from his mouth as well as was acting quiet and strange. I thought maybe he was just adjusting to the change until we got home. We got home and I carried him out of the car and placed him on the ground as I had done countless times before with no issue. As he began to walk he had a serious limp to which he was barley able to walk or stand and seemed to have a issue with his hips, as well as now has what sounds like a kennel cough. I looked him over to see if I could help in anyway and noticed the skin in between the pads in his paws was chapped and bright red. After putting on a cone and routinely applying medicated cream to his paws over the next day and a half he can finally stand and walk around but still has a slight limp and the cough and chest congestion seems to be getting worse. I did contact the center to ask if they noticed anything with his hips or his walk when we originally arrived home but after a long delay on hold, not by surprise they said they didn't notice anything when he was there. I have taken my dogs there previously for an overnight stay with no issues, as to why I took him back there this time. But after this experience and reading similar reviews of new health issues after owners picking up their pets that they previously didn't have, I will not be taking any of my dogs back. I have bought my award winning stud from one of the best breeders in Florida, specifically to breed and have spent a pretty penny on him and his caretaking throughout his life and avoided any illness or injury to him. So it is heart breaking to see his current condition and see him walk now with a limp and display symptoms of the new potentially fatal respiratory disease sweeping the nation. The earliest vet appointment I could get is the following Monday, so I will update the info with pictures pending what the vet says based on their experience. So disappointed

We’ve taken our cat here several times for boarding and he is always taken care of well! Their price for cat boarding is great, especially compared to other places in the Denver area.On our most recent pickup up from boarding, there was a miscommunication on how we were charged for the time our cat was there. The gentleman who was working the desk was very patient and nice while explaining it to me, and even lowered the total cost because of the miscommunication! Very friendly staff, our cat is taken care of, and the price is great - can’t beat it!
