Recently moved to Colorado from Florida and I always use an accountant for my taxes. I looked up local agencies and they were very close by. I was able to schedule an appointment online with ease and it was quick and easy. Got back a better refund than expected. Thank you.

I met with Luba to file my business and personal taxes. She was very professional and knowledgeable, gave me advice how to save money on my taxes. The fees were absolutely reasonable and she works very quickly and efficiently. Would def recommend her who needs a good tax accountant.

For the most part we have had a pretty good experience over the last 2 years that we have done our taxes here. Last year when we reached out to have our taxes done and had given them our documents, I texted our person who was doing our taxes and she responded as if we were just another ticket number on her list. It was very unprofessional and unsettling. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying you over $400 to do my taxes, I expect you to be professional and responsive. Especially if I am asking you a simple question that would have taken you like less than 5 minutes. I have reached out to them by phone (which they are not available during non-tax season) and through email a couple times now and I still haven't received a response. Honestly very disappointed!

They blew me off twice! Reached out for consultation after I received an email from Alaina Forbes, the office manager offering 15 minutes tax consultation: "Good morning. Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we are taking new clients currently. Please call our office at (click to see phone number) to schedule a free 15 minutes tax consultation or email your questions at
[email protected]. Sincerely, Alaina Forbes Office Manager" I sent an email with my question which was answered in a few hours by Errol Roy, Senior accountant, totally ignoring my question and rejecting the advice I had requested citing that they would not be able to help me since I have done my own taxes. I responded back reminding him that I was offered a free consultation and the the question I had is irrelevant to who has done my taxes. I just had a question which I elaborated in the initial email. The response I received later from Errol was "Due to our present volume of clients, we are completely booked and do not have any availability for consultation" This is not how businesses should treat their prospects. They need to be held accountable!

I don't like posting reviews unless I feel it is necessary - but I feel it is beneficial for others. Everyone was friendly at this establishment, so by no means is it personal. I needed a CPA to help file taxes for my day job and multiple side gigs. One of the documents I sent via email was password encrypted (my W-2 for my day job) unknowingly. When my taxes were filed, TBS did not include the password encrypted file in my taxes, meaning my taxes did not include my W-2 from my day job - MOST OF MY INCOME. I didn't realize this when I looked over the document before it was submitted - so that is my mistake. However, this is a HUGE error - the business should have let me know the file needed a password to access it. Now I am still waiting on my refund that I was filed in July 2021. There was apparently an error in my amended file as well. I have been calling the IRS but have been unable to get a hold of anyone. I was also told that my refund would be a direct deposit but according to the IRS it will be a check, so I was also told misinformation as well. Unfortunately would not recommend.
