6PM, busy store. 22 registers. FIVE are open. Five.
This place is a joke, waste of time and messy. Men's clothing dept was a disaster.

First you guys have a sign up that says buy 3 bandage/first aid products and get a bandaid first aid bag for free. Get to the register and of course it doesn't ring up free. The girl manning self check out doesn't have any idea. Then you have coupons all over your new body washes that say "save 3$ now" and shocker! It's expired. You need to get your signage corrected.

I had an appointment this morning for my COVID-19 booster shot inside Target, Aurora West, CVS. This is the first time I've been to their pharmacy area. Anyway, I've had problems with my insurance carrier the entire 5 years I've had them, and today was no different! The pharmacist there named John was AWESOME though!!! Upon check-in, my insurance company said I wasn't insured, John couldn't find anything under my social security number, nor my member number, and he couldn't find my hyphenated last name in their system (and he entered it in the computer several ways). The snags and problems went on and on, BUT John continued to work diligently. FINALLY, his hard work and diligence paid off! I was eventually found in their system and it showed that I WAS INSURED and I was able to get my booster. I am so thankful to John for sticking with solving that problem for me. He didn't have to go that extra mile, but he went above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciated him and his efforts this morning! My experience was so good there at CVS with John, that I'm going to change my prescriptions from Safeways over to CVS immediately! Thank you for your excellent work John! You were professional and phenomenal and I just wanted you and your supervisor/manager to know how refreshing it was to witness a committed employee exhibit excellent customer service! OUTSTANDING!

I made a purchase in the store for the first time. I usually use the self-service checkout, but this time there was a line and the cashier suggested going to the regular checkout. I was counted one item twice. I discovered this when I returned home. I called the store and they said I needed to come to them. They just refunded the difference to the card. They were also not very happy with my visit. It turns out that you need to waste your time due to a cashier’s mistake or forget about the money spent on an item not purchased. Terrible service.

Do yourself a favor and skip this Target. It’s dirty, the workers are rude, there’s always only one cashier and the self checkout lines are SO long. But today the self checkout lines were closed (I read somewhere this is a corporate decision) and only one cashier on the floor, so I put my basket back and went to a perfectly capable Target 20 minutes away. Worth it.

Milk refrigerators smell disgusting, the temperature was not right for so long that milk went bad; you could see milk cartons bloated inside the refrigerator without mentioning how dirty all refrigerators were.
