They were very patient with us when our dog freaked out and needed to be picked up while we were on vacation. They really have your pet's best interests in mind. We will try to use them again

I always take care of my dog without the shoes. I will say, he comes back dirty as hell, but what do you expect with a dog Hotel? I will continue using them. No question
