We have usually had no issues at this location and I've purchased several sunglasses in the past year. The girl today, however, could not be bothered. It was too busy on her Instagram or whatever she was doing. She seems so annoyed when we wanted to look at different types of sunglasses we decided to just leavewill be purchasing the exact same sunglasses somewhere else a.k.a. Amazon

Purchased some replacement lenses. Took two weeks to arrive, they cost more than buying from the brands own website direct, they refused to replace the lenses for me after originally stating they would.Customer service was poor.It's faster, easier and cheaper to do it yourself

Hard to find place, maps isn't correct. It is to the side of a candy shop facing west. They sell Maui Jim but they don't stock any repair parts. Disappointed

Great service! Friendly and helpful staff. They work hard to make it a great experience. I had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. Been here multiple times and it has always been good.

Those are scammers!!! I bought a ray ban sunglasses from them around 6 months ago and they offered me a protection plan for 20 bucks and they also told me if anything happens to your sunglasses you’ll pay nothing for the replacement, today unfortunately they broke so I called them and they said you have to pay extra $40 in order to replace them. They lied to me and they scammed me. I don’t recommend this brand at all, they’re just cheaters. I’m writing this review just to notice people to stay away from these bad guys ?

Came here on Saturday 1/21 at 7:40pm and the store was closed when it says online that they should be open till 9pm. Really frustrating since I drove directly to this store

This place has a sign that says it will be open in 45 minutes, I waited for 45 minutes, never opened! So sad I couldn’t get my birthday present! I couldn’t wait all day!! Should have went to park meadows! Please place a sign with exact time you’ll return!

I had a great experience, Dalma I believe her name is assisted me amazingly with adjusting my glasses to my face, in the quiet hours I wandered in. Totally awesome and professional in helping me in a jiffy. Absolutely deserves a raise. Hope the managers see this.

I was at the Southlands location at 10am on Friday the 17th. Nobody was there to open the store so I waited for 20 minutes and still nobody showed up. I did some other shopping and came back a while later and it was finally open. I asked the young girl why nobody was here at 10am and she shrugged it off that she was late. I told her the sunglasses I was looking for and without even looking she said they didn’t have them. I told her the website said they’re in stock here, and she said the website lies. I asked her to look anyway and they had not only the glasses in stock, but multiple colors. I asked if they come with a hard case and she said no and gave me a soft case, but when I got home and looked them up on the website sure enough they come with a hard case. I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was absolutely awful and she shouldn’t be working there because she obviously doesn’t care one bit.

Sales associate was very helpful, looked into replacement parts for classic Ray Bans. Didn't go in to purchase any other sunglasses, but recommended sunglasses on clearance and found a nice pair. ?
