What is the point of having operating hours of you're going to close your store half-an-hour early?!I could have gone somewhere else, but now I can't make it there before they close! Inconsiderate!

I was charged $60 for 2 sandwiches because the sales lady didn’t understand a lick of English. First they charged me for bacon I didn’t order, ok no problem, simple refund right? Nope. Cancelled the order, then charged me $30 for a $16 meal. Cancelled it again, charged me the proper amount this time. And when I got a little pissed for having to constantly pay, she proceeded to give me attitude like she’s the one who had to drop $60 for an incompetent employee. What’s wrong with customer service these days.

Imagine my surprise when I came to post a review when I saw all the other one star reviews. This place is horrible. Both people there this evening didn’t speak English and I had to repeat my order multiple times. The sandwiches are just sloppily thrown together. Won’t be coming back. There at least 2 other sandwich shops nearby and both are WAY better service and quality.

Worst people working here. Do not care about customers just make awful sandwiches. Always missing ingredients in online orders. The quantity of tuna is always half even after adding a double scoop in order. It's almost like it is coming out of their paychecks.

They open at 8:30, I came in today and saw the male employee just getting to work as I got there. He told me they were not open yet and when I asked when they would be he said he didn’t know. I came back at 8:50, he saw me and still didn’t open the door till 9. I came in and he had a very odd grin on his face because he saw I was annoyed. After he put his gloves on he went to the back where I couldn’t see him so upon returning I asked him to change his gloves, which I always do but especially wanted to in this case. He told me to leave for having a bad attitude and proceeded to call me a spoiled brat. He was short with lots of piercings and tattoos. Clearly not equipped to work here.

Ordered online, the store was closed. It says it’s open online, and the app says my order is ready. Took my money, but sadly I’m not getting my food.

This place was awful a couple months ago. Wow! What a great move hiring English speaking employees. I stopped coming here. I just had a great experience. Enrique made the best sandwich Ive had in a long time. It’s so good, I came 2 days straight. Super polite and awesome. Thank you for making the staff changes. And to all the people who sent horrible reviews, please revise them after trying it again. They deserve that.

I go out of my way to avoid this subway. We ordered here last night I got 2 subs that were made wrong and one that was totally inedible. I ordered through the app and my daughter’s turkey sandwich was SATURATED in vinegar. Like who would ever eat it! You couldn’t even pick it up. I had to go to a different subway later that night to get her a new sandwich. It would be one thing if this was the first time but it is consistently bad!

Employees don't speak a word of English. No manager was on duty. When called over the phone from the store, the manager - Enrique, was horribly rude and unprofessional in every way imaginable even before trying to understand the issue.I had ordered 2 footlongs online on SUBWAY.com itself, NOT some third party delivery app. What was delivered was a cheaper, different sandwich. No one could be bothered to answer the phone when called. I had to go to the store myself (what was the point of ordering and paying for delivery through subway.com) only to find out that no one was picking up the phone because the two women employees at the store did not speak a word of English. When asked to give a refund for the delivery fees I had paid for the wrong sandwiches that were delivered, the manager refused point blank even though the order had been placed through subway.com not some third party app or site.They wanted to steal my money by sending a cheaper sandwich. When that didn't work, because I went into the store to address the situation despite the inconvenience, they refused to refund my delivery fees. The extreme rudeness added insult to injury.The horrible reviews for this location are clearly justified. I have no words other than that this franchisee location MUST be closed if Subway wants to keep any of its customers.

I placed an order online and the order was randomly cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call the store to find out what was going on several times with no answer and couldn't even get my refund from them until next week from my card because they won't answer.

The rude horrible manager is so awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Any other Subway is better than this dump. The manager had her kids running all over the place near the food. She had the worst attitude ever and did not make my sandwich right, I politely asked her if she could add (something I paid extra for that was missing) and she started arguing and yelling. So unprofessional. I hope she gets fired.

If your going to make me wait 15 mins at 5pm because your closed for whatever reason, at least make sure I have what I ordered. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches online. We had to figure out which sandwich was which as none of them were marked at all. And of course one sandwich is nowhere near what I ordered. There are multiple people in there and noone checked order accuracy? Another issue is I did not receive the cookies I paid for. And I even tipped. I tried to call and no answer. It's frustrating to not get what you paid for. Do better. This is absolutely unacceptable.
