Sherry is my State Farm angel! She has completely transformed my opinion of the company. I'd had a very unpleasant and expensive experience with a SF business liability policy in the past, and had a very negative view of the company. But after my husband passed, I needed to adjust the SF home and auto policies. I am so thankful that I ended up working with Sherry! She took my stressful, complicated situation and handled it all with kindness and professionalism. Whenever I have an insurance issue, she's my "go to"; she never fails to give great advice and make my life simpler. A million thank you's, Sherry!!

When calling in looking for help they say "I can't help you, there's a national customer service line you can call" and then transfers you.
?% would not recommend.

Daisy was the nicest ! And State Farm gave me THE lowest rate compared to Allstate and Progressive for a 2021 Honda Civic even though I was just in an accident that WASNT my fault so thankful for them to provide a plan where I can FINALLY afford a car under 30k mileage!
