The worst insurance agent I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional. NEVER calls back...after leaving multiple voicemails, messages with the staff, E-Mails. How does she even stay in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT.

I had a great experience purchasing auto and renters insurance with Stacy. She is both personable and professional. I’ve had such bad experiences with other insurance companies that I was amazed at the ease and efficiency of Stacy’s business. Highly recommend!! Thanks again Stacy!!!

The unprofessionalism at this agent office is unmatched by any I’ve experienced before. The absolute inconsistency in communication, saying they will take care of something and allowing days, weeks, months go by without resolving the issue, and even allowing my policy to get cancelled in JANUARY without notifying me until I reached out to them in MAY. Agent blamed previous employee for this inconsistent behavior but there has been no improvement since their departure, so clearly there’s something else that needs to be addressed. Will be moving my policy.

I had another state farm agent and was extremely satisfied with their service. Switched over to this agent when I got married just 2 years ago.Service has always been touch and go and non-responsive. Towards the end of finally deciding to switch, we cancelled our policy in person, 2 months later, our policies were still active and now causing havoc with my new insurance provider. We can never reach them by phone (and this was way before COVID-19), phone calls are sent directly to voicemail and voice messages or emails are not responded to. I needed to contact the corporate agency to reach them and that worked! Unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved.Prior to all this mess, I realized they were also adding services to our policy that was costing us about $600/mo. When it was all said and done, our new agency (Farmers) has saved us $400/mo with all the same items being insured...WOW! What a major difference.Not saying, they are not nice people, just stating their professional service is severely lacking. So if you are looking at this agent, ask questions, stay on top of your services and if you have any changes or concerns YOU WILL NEED TO TALK TO THEM IN PERSON and don't leave until what you get proof for what you came in there for.

Stacy was really amazing with me, I didn’t have an appointment. She still made time for me. Walked me through my coverages to get a better understanding and now I’m part of the Statefarm Family. Her employee was amazing kept a conversation with me while Stacy worked up my quote. Truly suggest coming here! Thank you Gals !

Stacy has gone above and beyond her role as an agent that cares. When my own local agent of a different company couldn't find a way to take care of my insurance need, Stacy found a way through State Farm. Great companies are made by great people. Stacy sets the standard for caring!

Stacy and her team set a gold standard for what insurance purchasing should be. Stacy is attentive, bright, bubbly and genuine. Her office manager, Mariam, is kind and patient.
Filing a homeowners claim scared me silly, but Stacy walked me through it and got an amazing team of restoration guys to my house before I could have a full blown panic attack.
I cannot emphasize enough how great these folks are. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote so you can see for yourself how amazing they all are!
