Today I took my car to Speedy Roo for the first time. They took me in on time and had me in and out in 30 minutes! They carefully inspected my car, gave a complete analysis and found everything to be fine. They made recommendations for things I might want to look in to in the future, but not immediately. My car is almost 20 years old and I really appreciated that they didn't find a million things wrong! They even replaced an interior panel that had fallen off. I hadn't mentioned it and they didn't charge for it, what a pleasant surprise! It made my day! Thank you Speedy Roo!

I came here to have my Mazda 3 supercharged. I was initially told it would take a week max. Cool, they had issues with the installation. It took just about 2 weeks to get it done. I basically paid 2x what I was quoted for. They did NOT give me any updates themselves throughout the whole process. I literally had to call myself to get anything. They literally would've went 2 weeks without telling me anything had I not called. And each time I called the person who answered made it seem like I was a burden for wanting a update. This is what I found the biggest issue to be. The customer service side of things is TERRIBLE. I'm sure you guys are great at what you do mechanically. But whoever is answering phone calls needs to be trained on how to communicate with a customer. I'm paying you for a service NOT the other way around. I felt like I was being given the run around every time I called.
When you have to install new parts you should IMMEDIATELY tell the customer instead of just charging them for it after. Do you think all your customers are just ready to keep throwing money at you?
As for the installation of the supercharger I was not happy at all. There were leaks that should've been noticed immediately and I found them myself with a cheap smoke machine from Amazon. From the very first second I started the vehicle you could tell something was wrong. No this didn't start days after having the vehicle. From the very first startup I did in your parking lot. I have no idea how you guys thought it was running okay. This had nothing to do with the tune it was on either. So I had to spend time fixing these things myself along with the help of Justin.
Another thing was handling of my vehicle. You guys had to disconnect cables from things I had installed. (Dashcam, Throttle booster). Okay, understandable. But at least take the time to respect those things and don't just pull it out without care. My dashcam cable port was damaged. And the rest of the cables were just left lying around. If there was no respect for small things such as this, how can I trust you with my entire vehicle?
Also all 6 of of my wheel arch trim clips were not even installed. One of the first things I noticed when I picked up the vehicle. How do you not notice the bumper sticking out on both sides???
All these things added up to my current review. I'm sorry, for the price I paid, the service was NOT up to standard at all.

These guys are great, they put a special fluid in to clean up my transmission on my 6spd 2015 Scion tC. Toyota wanted to charge me upwards of 8 grand, with these guy I spent less than 300 to do this and it was fixed. It's nice to be at a shop not trying to do crazy up charges and work that doesn't need to be done to make more money. I will be back, thank you!

David and the team always provide great service and are the most knowledgeable team I have met for my Subarus and Nissan truck. They are the only place I go for service on my vehicles.

This is THE SHOP you want to take your import to. They were fast, thorough, and HONEST. In this day and age you can't beat that. They were up front and followed to the letter what they said. In my case they found underlying problems with my car that would make it un-drive-able even with the repairs. They called me and stopped the service I asked for because it would not have helped my cars' situation, who does that in this day and age, NO ONE. Take your car here and get service you can TRUST. They put the serve in service.

I heard about Speedy Roo through the Nextdoor app and the positive reviews people were giving on there sold me. When my Toyota started making some strange noises, I made an appointment online and was impressed with how easy the process was, start to finish. I was able to book the same week and drop my car off the night prior so I didn't have to worry about being late for work the next morning. My appt was for 9am Monday and I received a call by 9:25am with a full rundown of my issues, a to-the-cent price quote, and was even offered a coupon for a discount without me even asking.
I had a lot wrong with my vehicle, unfortunately, so it was a pretty big job. They ended up putting an additional mechanic on my car to be able to get it all done same day. Michael was the one helping me from start to finish and he was super friendly and professional. I really just cannot recommend this place enough and I will absolutely be bringing my Toyota and my son's Subaru back to Speedy Roo for all future maintenance needs.
