The leasing office has been wonderful to work with, Hailee was kind and always helpful, even with me stopping in often & calling when I had more questions, and I had a lot of questions. Kolton assisted me also at times & Tara helped me one morning as well. They all were amazing! I changed my mind on my original choice that I had already applied for when another unit became available thinking it might be a problem. The change was made in minutes, no problem at all and best of all, I got the one I wanted without a hassle!
When I came to view the apartment before signing the lease, Hailee walked me through, made notes and followed up. She even left a package that arrived early in my apartment, so I wouldn’t worry about having to get it on my move in day!

I have been at the Apartments for about a month. I can tell you I love it here. Maintenance is responsive and cares. I just went to speak with the staff about an issue with a neighbor and they were responsive, actually cared, and didn’t treat me like they were humoring me. I know the staff received grief over the mailbox situation that happened a while ago, but they did the best they could. It was back when I was looking into renting here and I guess the mailboxes were broken into. Instead of them just issuing new keys to everyone, they went out of their way to purchase brand new mailboxes. I don’t think the tenants understand that they don’t have a magic wand that they can wave and get new mailboxes. There is a process. The new mailboxes are in and my key works fine and everything is good. I wish I found this place a year ago because the place I left was horrible. When I moved in here, I didn’t have to clean. I could just move in and it was clean and ready to go. When I turned in my check-in list, they immediately called me about a couple of issues on there and we’re here the same day to fix them. The trees and the walking path behind the complexes is beautiful. There’s a golf course right back there. I have a one bedroom with a den, and it is probably one of the nicest Apartments I have lived in . They really took into consideration storage and space. I hope to stay here for several years. Thank you Sonoma Resort!!!

The Sonoma Resort advisory service from Mr. Carlos seemed excellent to me, his education, respect, kindness and diligence have been of fundamental help when informing us, solving us and clarifying any doubts regarding the home.
I hope that our stay here is pleasant, calm and comfortable, and that all requirements are resolved according to the shortcomings that arise.

Based on the reviews for this property, I wouldn't blame you for scrolling past however, they have hired new staff members who seem to be turning a page in service.
Savannah in particular has been outstanding when it has come to communication and customer service. She has answered all my questions when it has come to the application process. She is honest, transparent and sincere. Her personality made me feel like I was a friend and not just another potential tenant.
Thank you Savannah for making a generally
stressful situation so easy and comfortable.

This place is scraping the bottom of the barrel when they look for management for this complex. My mail was stolen, snow/ice was left on the streets and sidewalks for long periods of time. My apartment and my neighbors complained of having a spider infestation despite it being spotless inside. I wouldn’t live here again or recommend it to anyone.

Carlos is very attentive and kind, he treated us in a very good way and I had problems with my stove and washing machine and he is helping me with that and everything is very good and we have had a very comfortable life, thank you

I want to give big thank to carlos, who work in the office, because in the last 2 weeks i had couples problems in my apartment and carlos help me, to resolve the problem fast and easy! As well carlos is very respectful, and sweet person,listen our problems with great smile, and he made me a phone call to be sure the problems was resolve! Great job! Carlos, you make sonoma resort great place to leave in!
